Enjoy looking out onto 2 acres of a peaceful and private forest! A few minutes to Lake Cushman and Lake Kokanee, downtown Hoodsport, golf course, and easy access to the amazing Olympic National Park! Relax on the back deck, hearing the sound of the creek while overlooking acres of big leaf maples and evergreens! Enjoy the indoor movie theater and cozy propane fireplace with the family and friends! Your stay here grants you access to private beach parks for Lake Cushman residents and guests!
This home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps up to 6 guests and is 1,196 sqft, with a few steps to entry.
**Floor Plan**
• Main Level: Kitchen, living room with smart TV, dining room, bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom
• Upstairs Loft: Bedroom with one full bed and one twin bed
• Basement: Working desk, full size futon, reading area, movie theater, and laundry

• Outdoor fire pit, camping chairs and hammocks for an alfresco experience
• Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, drip coffee maker & tea
• All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet
• Big windows with lots of natural light, as well as blackout curtains for bedrooms
• Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs
• Plenty of parking on the driveway and front yard
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 5 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
• Use of fire pit and charcoal grill are prohibited during the burn ban
