Welcome to 7th and Nun! 7th and Nun is on a corner lot that is just minutes away from everything Wilmington has to offer.

1,200 Sq Ft - 1 Queen BR, 1 Full BR, 2 Twin BR, 1.5 BA, Fenced Yard + Fire Pit + Hot Tub + Private Covered Carport Parking. 7th and Nun is a 120 year old cottage in the Historic District that has undergone renovations to provide the luxuries of modern living while preserving the charming cottage character.
Restore yourself in the morning with a Nespresso and peacefully end your day by roasting marshmallows over the fire pit in the fenced in yard or relaxing in the private hot tub. Beach chairs and towels are at the ready for a quick trip to one of the many local beaches for a tranquil day of sun and relaxation.
- Private covered carport parking on a nice epoxy floor provides direct access to the home and yard
- Privacy Screen acts as garage door to completely enclose off the carport and backyard. Very unique private feel for downtown.
- Level 2 electric car charger (J1772 plug, message me if you need a Tesla adapter during your stay)
- 100% fully fenced in yard w/ a large picnic table with comfortable seating for 6
- Private 6 person hot tub spa with 37 jets, lights, and filter system
- River Rock Fire Pit area w/ seating for six and a stocked ready to use S'mores Station
- Outdoor shower (seasonal, disconnected during winter months)
- Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner provided
- Large sectional sofa
- Central Air-Conditioning + Heat (AC limited to low of 68 degrees for system health in summer months)
- 55" smart TV in living room

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.You will also be asked to purchase a damage waiver via third party provider Truvi, which will protect you in case of accidental damage of up to $500 during your stay.
