5 senior adults enjoyed staying here. The description and pictures are exact and the host and hostess are very communicative. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers with seats. This is wonderful for the elderly, parents with kids, shaving your legs, etc. This house is so nicely located to the beach, shopping and restaurants and 20 minutes to downtown Wilmington. It really has everything you need and would highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone coming to the Wilmington area.

Perfect!

Location is great - close to anything and everything. Neighborhood was quiet. The house is large and was extremely well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, and unexpected extras such as books and puzzles. Christine quickly responded to my questions. We had a wonderful week.

Nice place to stay!

Nice and relaxing! The backyard is quite a getaway in itself. I throughly enjoyed it. House is exactly as described. Hot tub is awesome. 4 miles from the beach.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time, the enclosed backyard was perfect for our kids to run around and have fun without worrying about them wandering off. Everything was very clean and it was a beautiful little home! Would definitely stay again!

These values include love of God, family, work, travel, and the beach! Kristy has been an educator for over 30 years, and Mike is a veteran of the hospitality and hotel industry. Our service-oriented vocations, coupled with our love for travel and the beach, led us to own and share a home in a beach community like Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach!

We loved this small, cozy cottage property the minute we saw it! At first, we wished it was closer to the beach, but once we discovered how convenient our home is to all the best shopping in Wilmington and the historic downtown, and how cozy it is, we knew this was the place we wanted. Our cozy cottage offers a fantastic, affordable escape! You'll find a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a private hot tub, all for less than a comparable hotel suite or beachfront home. We're perfectly situated: close enough to enjoy Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Our home comfortably sleeps up to six, making it ideal for family reunions, group getaways, or simply relaxing with loved ones. Come and enjoy!
