Escape to our chic, Southwest-inspired condo in the heart of Traverse City! Perfect for couples or solo travelers, this stylish first-floor retreat features mid-century decor, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy patio. Located directly on the TART trail, you're just a short walk or bike ride from downtown's best breweries and restaurants. Enjoy easy self-check-in and access to a shared community workspace and lounge.

Stay in style at our chic, Southwest-inspired condo, blending mid-century modern decor with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This space is the perfect retreat to serve as your base for exploring all Traverse City offers.

The open-plan living area is bright and relaxing, featuring a Smart TV for streaming and a turntable for your favorite records.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your inner chef with:
* Stainless steel appliances
* A complete knife set
* All necessary pots and pans
* A fully stocked Coffee & Tea Bar with a French press, Keurig (Starbucks and Peet's coffee), and a kettle for tea drinkers.
* A Brita water filter for fresh, filtered water.

The bedroom is a cozy, quiet, and comfortable sanctuary with a soft mattress, ample pillows, and a 35-inch Smart TV for catching up on Netflix. The modern bathroom is fully stocked with bath towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel.

Step outside onto the small patio with seating for two—a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. For your convenience, the unit also includes an in-unit washer and dryer.

Guests will have private access to the entire condo. Your stay is made easy with a personalized smart access code for convenient self-check-in. The condo is located on the first floor near the main entrance, so there are no stairs or elevators to navigate.

All guests also have access to the shared community room on the fourth floor. There you will find:
* A large-screen TV
* Personalized workspaces with ample light
* Multiple unique and cozy lounging niches to chat or read a book.

We respect our guests' privacy but are always available to help make your stay exceptional. We are reachable via the app for any questions, recommendations, or assistance you may need during your visit. We do not live on-site, so you can enjoy the space to yourselves.

* **TV & Streaming:** We offer two Smart TVs with HULU and full ROKU TV capabilities. Please note there is no cable TV. You will need to bring the passwords for your personal streaming apps (Netflix, etc.).
* **Check-In:** Access is easy and convenient using a smart code provided to you before your arrival for self-check-in.
* **Location:** The unit is conveniently located on the first floor for easy access, with no need for stairs or an elevator.

Nice place. If you're on road side, which this is, traffic noise is an issue. Could also use some investment on furniture. Couch is very uncomfortable and a dining chair has a broken leg which is scratching vinyl floor. Bed could also use a new mattress. Overall, served it's purpose as a sleeping place while we explored. Not a place you want to spend alot of time in.

One week stay

My husband & I stayed, I had surgery in TC and needed to be close to the office for a follow up in a few days. Overall the condo is excellent with a few minor flaws. Positives certainly outweigh the negatives. There is a washer & dryer & the condo is well equipped with everything you may need to cook a meal, clean up (vacuum cleaner!, trash bags, wine opener…). But…. It is on a very busy street with non-stop traffic, although it was next to access to the TART trail where you can bike & walk within the city. I took pictures but I am unable to post. Both the living room window & bedroom face the same busy street & so does the little patio. Communication with the owner/property manager is superb! Thank you! There were a couple cleaning issues but minor, the shower curtain is very old & yellowed at the bottom, could simply be replaced. The living room rug seems to curl up & it’s a trip hazard, my husband & I caught ourselves on it several times. The wall behind the trash can is all scraped up & peeling. This is also minor, just pops right out at you, when you come in. Overall a nice little condo but it certainly looks like there are a number of rentals in the complex & again…. A very busy street as previously mentioned in other reviews. For these reasons I gave it a 4/5. Thank you.

Quiet Delight

The rental was serenely modern and spacious. The host’s welcoming message included suggesting I put on a record and enjoy. A perfect idea! It was sophisticated, immaculate, quiet and relaxing. The host also asked if I would like early check-in, and emailed me when it was available early. I highly recommend it!

Very clean. Perfect size for 2. Was well supplied with necessities. Parking lot was convenient. Easy check in and out. However would probably not stay again due to noise. This unit was on first floor facing street which was very close to building. Street noise was a most negative factor. Also able to hear occupants above us. Otherwise it is a great place,

Great stay at The Pendleton. Had everything we needed. First floor unit was helpful with handling our dogs. Right on the TART, easy access to downtown TC about 30 minute walk away or 5 minute drive. Would stay again.

Very Accomodating

We had a great stay here! The ground floor condo was perfect for taking our dog out. The kitchen was stocked with the basics we needed. And the location was perfect for us! 10/10!

Good location—close to everything. Great condo layout. Love the washer/dryer combo, record player, TV, and kitchen area. The condo was very clean: the sofa bed just needed a bit more attention. Crumbs/dirt had fallen underneath the cushion, and we had to do a brush off when we unfolded it. Not a big deal—just wanted to give a heads up for the cleaning crew.

As advertised

We came to Traverse City for a quick last-minute getaway for my birthday and were very pleased with our stay. The apartment was as advertised and was immaculate. It was our first VRBO rental and really didn’t know what to expect but this was awesome. The only downside is that the TVs didn’t function properly for the entire stay. Would stay at this location again and recommend to others.

Secure, Clean and Funky Mid-Centrury modern experience

This was our first visit to Traverse City and our stay in this newer condo-like building. It was clean, secure and came with lots of kitchen amenities. We also loved the mid-century modern look and the throw-back turntable and albums. We will definitely return to this great space on our next trip to Michigan.
