The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an open living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed is available, offering additional sleeping space. The equipment includes SAT-TV, WiFi, and air conditioning.



The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker with four hobs, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle as well as crockery and cooking utensils. From the living area, you can directly access the private terrace facing southwest with a sea view. It is furnished with seating furniture, parasol, clothes horse and a cosy Hollywood swing and leads directly into the garden - ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals together outdoors.



Guests also have access to the garden area with barbecue facilities. Pets are welcome, however an additional charge per night applies. A private car park is located directly at the house. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.



In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: The nearest supermarket is only 100 metres away, a restaurant can be reached after 300 metres. The town centre of Okrug Gornji is about 1 kilometre away, the historic old town of Trogir – a UNESCO World Heritage Site – can be reached in just a few minutes. Split Airport is only 8 kilometres away.
