Beautiful holiday apartment with sun loungers and seating on two big decks. Beautiful view of the town and the bay. The pool is large enough for a refreshing dip, and the kids had a great time. A barbecue house and garage are available. Tomislav is friendly and very helpful. We missed nothing. A very pleasant stay.

Vacation

We had a lovely stay in Tomos apartment. It was very clean and had all the necesary equipment. Comfortably beds and pillows. Very nice balkonys. The pool was really good to have all to our selves. Tomo is a really nice host!

Lovely and well equipped property. Limited sockets but took extension leads.Make sure to use/bring insect repellent plugs. We found them late and got bitten a lot before hand.Tomislav was great and had a lovely platter/selection of foods for us on our arrival.Kids loved the pool and having the sea close by.Car would definitely be needed and you would need to be comfortable walking up hills to access the property after the beach

Great location & host

The property is 5 mins walk from the beach and has beautiful views for the 2 large balconies. We loved this area of Croatia. The property is equipped with absolutely everything you need and is very homely. The private pool is great for a quick dip. Tomo is a great host and very flexible and helpful. With teenage children it is perfect however may not be ideal for young children or anyone who struggles with steps and steep hills

A very nice accommodation, with nice view, friendly and generous owner.

It was such a lovely holiday. We spent 2 weeks in this accommodation. As a welcome, we got a huge plates full of lovely salami, cheese and olives. The fridges were full with mineral waters, ice cubes and other things. The apartment is very well equipped. The owner is so friendly. We basically enjoyed our holiday very much and definitely we will come back.

Wonderful stay

The house is as described and the photos show the house and the environment very well. We loved to be on both terraces, the proximity to the beach and the fantastic hospitality of Tomislav and his family. There are two air conditioning in the corridor downstairs and upstairs which cool down the house if needed, but you need to leave the bedroom doors open. Additionally, there are fans in both bedrooms that were sufficient for us. Definitely recommend this house to families or two couples. Many thanks for your outstanding hospitality, Tomislav.

We had a wonderful week :)

We (2 adults and 2 teenagers) had a wonderful week in the lovely house, with the most beautiful view over the bay from both terraces. Most beautiful bourgain flowers up the house. The house is nice, clean and homely. Great that we could park the car in a closed garage Nice pool, with bubbles We were welcomed with delicious tapas and cold drinks. The surroundings are quiet. The beach, which is only 200 m from the house, is not crowded with people. There is a cozy stand-up bar, as well as a water play park. We had a wonderful week and would definitely recommend the place to others. Thanks to the host, for sharing your beautiful house - Okrug Gorjni can certainly do something.

Es war wirklich ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Tomislav ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, und die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet – alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail durchdacht. Der Pool ist eine tolle Ergänzung zum Meer und macht das Erlebnis perfekt.Zu beachten ist lediglich, dass der Weg zur Wohnung recht steil ist und daher nicht für alle Gäste gleichermaßen leicht zu bewältigen sein könnte. Ein Auto kann daher von Vorteil sein, man sollte aber ein sicherer Fahrer:in sein.

Très bel appartement très bien situé avec une magnifique vue ,et une belle piscine qui a fait le bonheur des enfants. L'hébergement était impeccable à l'arrivée et contient tout le nécessaire. Les nuits étaient agréables avec une très bonne literie et la climatisation. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leurs nombreux cadeaux. Tout était réuni pour que nous passions de superbes vacances en famille à Okrug Gornji.

Split에서의 멋진 경험!

Split에서 차로 30분정도 거리에 떨어져 있는 이 숙소는 멋진 전망과 어린 아이들에게 더 없이 환상적인 수영장풀을 제공합니다. 우리는 9,11살의 남자아이들이 있었고 그 들에게 충분한 사이즈의 수영장이 있어 아이들은 이 곳에서 수영하는 시간을 너무도 사랑했습니다. 걸어서 3분거리에 바다가 있고 차가 있다면 슈퍼든 인근에 식당들도 주변 가까이에 있어 가족여행객에게 더할나위 좋은곳입니다(위치상 반드시 자가용을 이용하여 여행하는 가족단위에게 적합한 숙소 입니다) 숙소는 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져있었고 3명의.성인과 2명의 아이들에게는 충분한 공간을 제공합니다 Tomislav는 매우 친절했고 우리가 숙소에 머무르는동안 마실수 있는 음료와 웰컴푸드가 정성스럽게 준비되있어 크게 감동받았습니다. 필요한거나 궁금한 사항에 있으면 즉각적으로 대답해주었기때문에 의사소통에 문제가 없었습니다. 우리는 이 곳에 일주일가량 머물며 주변도시들을 여행하였습니다. 다시 한 번 호스트의 환대에 감사드리며 다음에 기회가 있다면 우리가족은 반드시 다시 찾아올것입니다

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft für einen tollen Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt!! Tomislav und seine ganze Familie waren sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und tolle Gastgeber! Herzlichen Dank für alles!! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Ein besonderes Highlight neben dem Pool sind die großen Balkone mit den verschiedenen Sitz- und Liege- Möglichkeiten, auf denen man super entspannen und dabei aufs Meer schauen kann. Auch die Bademöglichkeiten auf der Insel sind sehr schön, so dass wir alles nur empfehlen können :-)

Eine kleine Bucht zum Baden ist fußläufig in <5 min. zu erreichen. Es gibt sogar ein kleines Lokal am Strand.

Two great weeks in Croazia

Tomislav's house is in a word fantastic! Perfectly corresponding to the description. It's closed to (for our opinion) the best beaches of Ciovo Island and located in the best part of the island. Quite and perfectly exposed to the sun, not affected at all by road traffic or heavy turism... I was there with my family of six. We had the entire house at complete disposal, the pool too and the garage as well. The two balconies are perfect for fresh dinners (the bottom one) and relaxing evenings (the top one). The pool and the next BBQ area were very appreciated by my kids and my housband for fun 'pre-dinners' after the beaches... The house if fully furnished with all necessary crockery and cutlery and so on, washing machine, towels etc.. Tomislav and his mother were perfect and very friendly hosts. I would really recommend an holiday at this location!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Lage der beiden Appartements ist sehr zentral, ca. 150m zum Strand. Okrug Gornji liegt in guter Ausflugslage für Besuche von Split (die neue Brücke ist fertiggestellt) und Trogir. Die beiden Wohnungen waren über einen sehr schönen und großen Balkon miteinander verbunden. Die Appartements waren hervorragend ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und es war alles sehr sauber. Es waren jede Menge Handtücher vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank war mit Milch, Wasser Bier etc. befüllt. Kaffee, Tee etc. waren ebenfalls vorrätig. Der Pool sowie ein Grillhaus stehen komplett zur Verfügung. Als Willkommensgruß war eine große Schinken/Käseplatte mit Brot vorbereitet. Der Vermieter hat uns dann per mail gefragt ob er uns für den letzten Abend einladen oder ein Essen für uns ausrichten dürfte. Somit hatten wir am letzten Abend ein dalmatinisches Festessen mit Grillplatte, Pommes, Gemüse, Nachtisch sowie Wein und alkoholfreien Getränken. Wir waren in dem Haus völlig für uns, obwohl der Vermieter ebenfalls dort wohnt. Für Fragen war der Vermieter jederzeit per mail und telefonisch erreichbar. Wir haben selten so herzliche Vermieter erlebt wie dort. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Excellent place for the family, great pool for the younger and beaches nearby.

Beautiful location, greatest and most helpful hosts, good beds and nice and clean bed rooms, everything you need like blankets towels and kitchen equipment. All in all a superb holiday for our family of six.

Excellent apartment with hospitable landlord

This was really good base for one week holiday in Split area. The apartment is perfect for 5-6 persons having plenty of spaces actually with two separate apartments own kitchen and bathrooms, own private pool and a summer kitchen. The village has services within 1 kilometer and a good beach reachable with 200 meter walk. The traffic through Trogir to Okrug Gornji was a bit slow but a new bridge in July/2018 will solve that harm. I have to say special words about our landlord who made our feeling very welcome and were very friendly with special offerings during our visit. Very positive impression about Croatian culture.and folks.
