Casa Sol is a rural property conveniently located, and stylishly updated home on a quiet lane in Bennett Valley just ten minutes from downtown Santa Rosa. It is within minutes of world class wineries and vineyards, as well restaurants, shopping and about thirty minutes to the beautiful Sonoma coastal towns of Point Reyes Station, Inverness and Bodega Bay.
This thoughtfully designed home is also environmentally friendly; from sustainable mattresses, to solar, to an electric car charging station, and well water, you can not only feel good about staying here but you can relax that the owners have thoughtfully taken care of everything sustainably. After a day of exploring this beautiful region, you can come back and enjoy the fruit trees, beautiful vineyards where small batch, artisanal wine has been made and gorgeous valley views.
