Amazing Stay!

we loved our stay at Connie’s beautiful house, as did our two doggos! the fenced in yard was incredible for our pups to be able to run n’ play. the house is in such a great neighborhood that is walking distance from downtown. would definitely stay again, and would definitely recommend!

Petaluma stay

Another great stay...

Hubby and I have stayed at Connie's place several times now. It is in a great location, very close to downtown and a nice drive to Dillon Beach and Bodega Bay. It is a nice quiet area and the house is well stocked with most everything you will need. Good selection of spices and cookware. Great place for dogs too. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Stay

The property had everything we needed and in a great location close to downtown, restaurants and grocery stores. The backyard was a nice place to sit and drink coffee or wine and enjoy the landscape. Inside was enough to keep us comfortable with plenty of room to spread out.

Wonderful small home!

Lovely older home with tasteful upgrades, close to many restaurants and attractions in downtown Petaluma. Perfect for a couple or small family, and pet friendly! The spacious yard is completely fenced and nicely landscaped. We loved our stay!

Nice location

This was a cute comfortable home. The location was just a few blocks from downtown. Only downside it is on a fairly busy street. A little bit noisy during the day but the nights were quiet. We would stay again.

Great weekend wedding guest spot!

We spent the weekend here to attend a wedding and it was perfect! Plenty of space, nice and bright, really cute attention to detail. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Thoughtful host touches were much appreciated Hope to return soon!

Had everything we needed

Great Stay and Great Location

This is a great property, very clean and neat and located very near the downtown area of Petaluma. As a bonus, it is directly across the street from the Petaluma Creamery which serves ice cream and sandwiches. Connie was very accessible altough we had no issues whatsoever to take care of.. We felt safe in the property and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was a great place to stay while exporing all that Petaluma has to offer.

Perfect for two

Comfortable with all amenities available and walking distance to market, shops, restaurants, brewery and downtown. Easy driving distance to other sites. Very nice for two adults looking for calm, comfort, and quiet. Host was responsive and gracious. Will definitely return to the property.

Clean and comfortable in Petaluma

The house was small but very well equipped. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Connie was extremely helpful, anticipating our questions and providing all the necessary information. And the ice cream right across the street was an added bonus!!

Perfect set up for pup

Margaret and I very much enjoyed our stay with our 7 month old Black Lab. The home and fenced yard were perfect for us and our dog. The entire set up was exactly what we were looking for in a pet friendly property. As former Petalumans we were very familiar with the neighborhood and found it exactly as we remembered it - safe, quiet with easy access to town and a short drive to Helen Putnam Park. Comfortable & Convenient Home - Central Petaluma

Our trip out west, from Michigan, provided us a great landing area to visit out daughter in San Francisco and explore Wine Country in Sonoma. Love having the ability to quickly get downtown for anything needed, such as Petaluma Market, Bagel Mill, Stellina or Avid coffee. Connie is easy to work with and would definitely consider coming back to Petaluma and renting from her again.

Precious Place

We recently stayed four nights in this precious spot in downtown Petaluma. This is a delightful, clean, well-equipped home with a private backyard which is tastefullly landscaped. The house was quiet and provided us with a kitchen well equipped with the staples often missing in other VRBO places; stapes such as salt, pepper, sugar, spices, knives, etc. The wi-fi worked perfectly. When we first arrived, there was a bit of a cat odor but after opening windows, the smell dissipated. Overall, two thumbs up for this property. I recommend.

Excellent location!

We had a great visit! Excellent location for the Petaluma wedding that we attended. We loved Wild Goat Bistro and Rays Deli (just down the street). Also got yummy sandwiches at Petaluma Creamery—just across the street. Grocery stores were nearby. Grocery Outlet had good deals. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed. The shower was a little small, but not a big deal. For things to do: we hiked at Helen Putnam regional park (about 5 min away). Daily cost was $7 for non residents. Also went to Bodega Bay, Point Reyes and Muir Woods—all close by. Connie was very communicative. All in all, we had a great visit.

Great home in Petaluma

Connie made sure the place was ready for us on arrival and was responsive to our needs while we were there. It was very clean. There was plenty of room for the two of us. Kitchen was ready to cook in. Nice gas range, plenty of pots and pans. Full size fridge. Lots of spices, condiments, and dishes. We ate all our breakfasts in the house. Prepared some box lunches. We even entertained there making a full meal. Dining room is modest and comfortable. Living room is sizable and has a Roku box and all the widgets. Perfect for the couple of eves we spent in. Everything in the bath worked just fine. It's a well kept original bath, including a small stall shower. The house has a very nice washer and dryer. Downtown Petaluma is about a 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants, antique shops, bakeries and shopping. Wineries are short drives away. There is lots of hiking & sightseeing to do in the area.
