Lake Tunnel Solar Village is 300 feet from Seneca waterfront; walking/biking paths to FLX Welcome Center, Long Pier, Jennings Beach, wine slushies, fishing, boat rentals, and more! Downtown is known for its amazing cuisine, shops, wineries & breweries. Hobart, Belhurst Castle, and Seneca Lk State Pk are a short drive!
This newly built home offers 2 comfortable and stylish queen bedrooms on opposite ends of the home. Each bedroom has access to a full bathroom that includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plush towels. Washer and dryer are available for you to use. Relax in the open floor plan living space with smart tv & board games; Kitchen is equipped with high end range, microwave, coffee pot (& tea and coffee!), and all of the essentials you need to enjoy your home away from home.
After a long day of exploring FLX, you'll want to unwind on the private patio with a view of the tunnel to Seneca Lake. You'll also find a dining table and gas fire-pit as well as propane grill.
The entire home and private patio is yours to enjoy! You will have access to 2 carport-covered parking spaces right next to the property.
