Cozy 1-bedroom apartment with AC and WiFi in enjoyable Geneva

Our charming apartment is just one street over from our beautiful Seneca Lake! It features a natural brick wall, adding a touch of rustic elegance to the space. Nestled in the heart of downtown, our quiet building offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling city life. Conveniently located above the Captain's Cafe (just two floors up), you can start your day with a delish cinnamon bun before exploring the nearby restaurants and quaint shops within walking distance. Our location is a perfect choice!

The apartment was perfectly located and clean. We enjoyed the views from the bay windows and walked many miles throughout the town and along the water. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host responded quickly to my question. We would stay again.

The apartment was very cute and clean, and larger than I had pictured it. I would definitely stay here again. It's a cute little apartment right in downtown, so it was easy to walk to the lake and around town from here. The stairs to get to the apartment are a bit sketchy, but they said these were being renovated. The apartment itself was wonderful, though. The only thing is I wish there was more light in the bathroom, but otherwise it was a perfect stay!

The apartment was perfect for our weekend getaway!! It was very clean ahd comfortable and within walking distance of the waterfront and a variety of restaurants and shops. Even though it was right in the middle of town, it was quiet and felt private. Great communication with an amazing hostess and easy check-in/check-out! Would definitely stay again!

Very cute apartment and great location at the end of the main strip. Free parking in the city lot next door. Great climate control. Bed was uncomfortably soft; and the blinds, window frames, and ceiling fans could use a dusting. And bring your own keurig pods - after using just 1 pod, the hosts told me to hit the coffee shops for additional coffee (of which there are 2 within blocks!). I would stay here again - with a different mattress. Thank you!

The location was great and the apartment had everything we needed! Not sure how we missed it in the photos, but the apartment has a huge beautiful bay window. We particularly appreciated the very comfortable living room furniture. It was quiet and peaceful even in the middle of town. Very communicative and helpful host. Highly recommend this spot as a very affordable option.

We stayed in Geneva for a wedding and this apartment was perfect! It was clean, bright and more spacious than expected. Everything was within walking distance: park with a lake view, restaurants, bars etc. Check in was easy and there was plenty of parking. The host was friendly and quick to respond. We visited Captain’s Cafe, right next door, each morning. The food was fantastic!! (See pics) Thanks Jennifer, for making our trip seamless!

Good location, but very noisy renovations

The location and accommodations were good, but the host was performing loud renovations on the floor underneath us. It made sleeping past 7am impossible.

The space was good. Bathroom is poorly lit, no hairdryer, marginally clean. Kitchen was nice and clean. Wish they had regular coffee selection versus all flavors. The coffee shop downstairs was closed while we were there. AC is a mini split that cools the living area well but not bedroom. It just needs some attention to detail and would be great.
