Newer Condo Building of 14 Units, Constructed in 2021 with Incredible Views and Infinity Pool. The building has 2 Apartments per floor, for a total of 14 units, and offers serenity with two incredible views, one of the City/Jungle, and the other of the Bay.

The Condo has has two full bedrooms, two bathrooms, balconies, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry center. A master suite with soft king bed and private bathroom, and the guest bedroom room with medium queen bed and bathroom.

Both bedrooms have access to two large, terraced balconies in addition to the Living Room and Kitchen. Building terrace has an Infinity pool, deck and grill.

The location is excellent, a bit above the Hub as we are located within walking distance to the best restaurants, bars, night clubs, beach, beach clubs and markets. Whether you come with family, alone or with friends, you will have all the options nearby.

Great property within walking distance to everything.

Loved the area. A bit of a hike up the hill to the condo, though I'm not complaining since I got my steps in daily! Master bed mattress was too soft for my liking, but comfortable otherwise. I'd def stay again!

Great Condo and building

The condo was organized very well and contained everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and inviting. The views were amazing - and as described - both mountain and ocean views. The roof top pool area was clean and inviting - we watched sunsets and enjoyed a couple of afternoons up there. Location is perfect if you want to be close to restaurants, beach and entertainment. Agree that it's up the 'hill' but that makes the views what they are - the walk was worth the view and provided an opportunity to work off the great food. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful condo/Noisy neighbourhood

This is a beautiful new condo with better appliances than I have at home. Tastefully decorated and well-supplied with the basics such as laundry detergent, condiments and coffee. Great rooftop patio, pool and views. It’s a bit of an uphill hike for walking and not suitable for someone mobility impaired, unless they’re driving. The biggest downside for me was the traffic noise. Probably not an issue for many city dwellers but it was a constant! And it was 24/7. But for that I would have given it 5-stars

Brand new huge condo. Lovely roof top pool to enjoy the sunsets. Views to die for. Stocked with all the essentials.
