Great Location! Very Large 2-bedroom, 2.5 Bathrooms & Office Condo in Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta.

The Condo is located on the 3rd floor with an air-conditioned elevator access.

This marvelous condo in Puerto Vallarta is over 2,000 sf and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It offers two master bedroom suites. One with a king-size bed and another with a queen-size bed. Additionally, it offers an office space with a desk, TV, and a comfy sofa bed that can comfortably sleep one person and may even accommodate two kids or small adults.

The apartment also has an additional 1/2-bathroom, a large kitchen with all necessary cookware, oversized living and dining rooms, and a large outside desk.

The apartment has WiFi internet, full size laundry room with a washer and gas dryer, heating, AC, Smart TV, large pool with jacuzzi during their stay.
Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Puerto Vallarta.

This Condo offers great location inside the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. The Condo is in the Copa de Oro building, which is the same building as a famous Aqua Spa for Men (https://www.fresha.com/a/acqua-spa-for-men-puerto-vallarta-calle-constitucion-450-j1bqac9o).

The Condo is located two short blocks from Basillo Badillo and a 5-minute walk to the beach. Many restaurants of the Romantic Zone are within a short walk. The Condo address is 450 Constitucion St, and you can look it up on the map for additional details.

Parking space 305 is included in the rental.

The Condo was recently renovated. I posted many high-resolution pictures of the condo because I believe they can show the Condo better than any description.

Our host was very personal and took care of our needs. The condo was in a great location.Close to the beach and the Malecon. The condo was beautifully set up and very comfortable and well furnished. Security was adequate. The pool was comfortable. I plan on returning as soon as possible. It was a magical vacation!

Great stay

Stan, the owner, was very responsive and kind. The condo looks great and better than the pictures. The pool was beautiful. Very spacious and can accommodate 5 people very easily.

We had an awesome stay!

Very clean and comfortable. Close to lots of shops, dining and activities without being in the noise. Lots of room, all the things we needed including washer & dryer with detergent. They were able to let us in 2 hours earlier than their usual check in time.

Spacious with nice fixtures, convenient location next to stores, coffee shops & quality restaurants. 3-5 minute walk to the beach. 5-stars overall but if you plan you work remotely, be patient with the wifi

Enter and Exit Time Issues

The host contacted me a couple of times literally demanding an exact time of my arrival. I told her I would be there either at check in time 4:00 PM or a little after. On the day I was to leave she wanted an exact time of my departure once again I reminded her that 11:00 AM was the agreed exit time. And that I would not be staying over 11:00AM. She wanted to get into the condo at 10:30 AM. On the other hand the owner had a professional and friendly demeanor. When we made written contact.
