This home is so very near and dear to our hearts! We have put so much love and care into our LAKE HOUSE! My husband and I have known each other since high school, have 3 children, and very busy careers! When we can't make it to the lake ourselves..... we are honored to share with others so they can create their own amazing memories.

This stunning home sits on the lively South side of Lake Conroe and features a private pool & spa, and dock (for your water toy)! There are so many great activities. Relax and read a book or rent a water toy and explore that lake!

1. The famous Margaritaville which offers day passes to use their amenities which include: water park, lazy river, arcade, mini golf, tennis and basketball courts, swim-up bar, and pools. Also has 2 great restaurants accessible by water and land: Land Shark Bar & Grill and License to Chill Bar & Café, and has free boat launch
2. Walden Yacht Club:
13101 Melville Drive, Montgomery, TX 77356/ 936-582-4222
This club include tennis courts, fitness center, golf club, marina, and has an amazing Sunday brunch and weekly restaurant hours Wednesday – Sunday. Opens at 2pm
