The kilometer-long, beautiful sandy beach at the so-called Schaabe is especially suitable for younger holidaymakers, as they can search for shells to their heart's content, bury their dad in the sand, and splash around in the shallow water. Adults can relax by sunbathing and swimming, or enjoy a stroll along the water's edge with a stunning view of the Cape Arkona lighthouse. Afterwards, the whole family can enjoy an ice cream at the harbor, making for a perfect holiday!

Activities nearby: There's a snack bar in the harbor area, and directly above it is a tower approximately 7 meters high with a viewing platform – don't miss this magnificent panoramic view. Glowe, situated between the sea and the Bodden lagoon, offers ideal conditions for sport fishing. With the right equipment and a good dose of experience, you can catch cod and sea trout while sea or surf fishing, and with a bit of luck, even salmon or eel. Incidentally, the Schaabe, as the large spit in the Tromper Wiek is called, is also an ideal spot for naturists.
