A perfect location for a fishing trip or a peaceful escape into nature in a charming 2-bedroom 1,800 square foot home on a private 2 acres of treed land located at Hwy 64 and North Pea Ridge. Fully furnished and full accessible, this homestyle ranch is private yet less than 3 miles away from Jordan Lake Seaforth & Vista Point beaches and just 6 miles from Crosswinds Marina, swimming areas, and boat Launches at Jordan Lake allowing you to walk/bike/drive in a short time. Spend your day fishing at the lake and enjoy nights BBQing in the backyard while fireflies dance in the scintillating night sky. Deer grazes the property in the early morning eating from the Peach tree located in the rear or the fig tree in the front. With ample parking for boat storage in carport, your stay will be a lifetime memory for the family. We hope to see you soon!

Hi, my name is Sulata. I was born and raised in Bangladesh, educated in Bangladesh and Canada. Am a mother of two adult sons that I have raised single handedly in Canada. I came down here to the US 7 years ago with a job offer and settled down in the area, am currently working as Senior IT Manager. I own and manage the property that I have purchased in early 2022.

Great location and easy commute! The property is located very conveniently just half a mile away from Highway 64, within reasonable distance from large towns and cities namely Apex, Cary, Chapel Hill, Raleigh. The upcoming Apple corporate campus in RTP is just over 30 minutes drive from the property, so is the RDU airport. The neighborhood is a very safe middle class and upscale neighborhood. And above all, Jordan lake is in close proximity with the most popular lake recreational areas and beaches are just 3 miles from the property. You will love the area and the property.
