Minimalist San Pancho Villa

VILLA KUNTUR is a newly built property that matches minimal architecture with luxurious tropical gardens. Great mountain view and white open spaces. It is perfect for families and large groups.

The villa is composed by Casa and Casita Kuntur, each one with it's own pool (that can be heated), terrace, and amenities, there is a BBQ to enjoy with family and friends.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to San Pancho’s downtown center and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach (700 meters).

Come enjoy this property, you will find great culinary experiences, surf, biking and many other outdoor activities!

Cook Service.

You can hire a cook for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (with a minimum of one week's notice). The cost of this service is quoted upon request.

If you require us to do your grocery shopping for your stay, this service costs $500 MXN, plus the taxi fare (approximately $600 MXN). The cost of the groceries purchased is charged separately.

Just perfect for our family

We had our entire family with spouses in both la casita and main casa. It was perfect with plenty of individual space and privacy. The huge kitchen and beautiful dining table was our gathering spot to eat and plan our day. The home was very clean and grounds manicured. We would definitely stay again!

Beyond expectations

It’s rare to find a house that is beyond expectations but this house is just that! It felt new, and was extremely clean. The space with wonderful, allowing our multi generational group gather together in the living space, but also giving us plenty of room for quiet times if we needed time in our rooms. The pool was fun for the kids (and parents) and offer a great midday reset before heading back to the beach. Location was awesome, a quick 7 min walk to the beach (it may take longer because you will want to stop at every cute shop and resturant in between.) The team caring for this house is so great and got back to every single message and question we had within 10 minutes. Thank you for having us! We were very happy with our entire experience in San Pancho and can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful house in perfect neighborhood

This house absolutely made our stay! It is in a nice quiet part of town beside a great little bakery and cafe. It is extremely comfortable for a big group to be by the pool, in the dining area or in the living room. It’s really nice to lounge around the house during the day if you need a break from the beach or exploring. There’s tons of room to spread out. Wifi is solid except it’s a little weak on the top floor. The cleaning crew is very sweet and thorough. We would absolutely stay here again and again.
