Great place to get away

Loved our stay, the kitchen was well stocked for all the cooking we needed to do, the place was great, quiet, the beach chairs and umbrella were are great bonus loved our stay.

A nice stay on the garden island

We had trouble getting into our unit when we arrived late on Friday night. Not a good way to begin. We did have someone come by to address this about mid way through our stay. We never could gain access with the key pad. We felt it was a bit misleading to advertise a bar and grill and a work out center when in actuality those were not on site and we had to email to find out about them. The downstairs tub needs a tub mat, very slippery. The upstairs shower drains slowly. More wine glasses are needed, only 4. Lights in downstairs bathroom need attention. Lock on the door needs to be addressed. People need to know to pack lightly as there are lots of stairs to manage and no elevators. We struggled with our luggage. The main room slider is very difficult to open and close. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Very quiet facility. The kitchen was very well appointed. Nice to have the coolers and sand chairs. Nicely located. Pool was well maintained and quiet. Thank you for a nice, relaxing stay.

Perfect spot for us

We had a great time in Hawaii this condo was perfect for us as it’s very close to the shore diving site and the beautiful southern beaches.

This reflects that we are in our 70s. When we arrived, we did regret that the unit was on the third floor, our fault, it’s difficult for us. When we arrived, the unit was dirty, dirt was shoved up against the baseboards, dirt under the couch, dirt under the bed, dirt under all carpets. All of the shelving was covered with dust.

Property staff was available by text very easy when needed answers The condo came with laundry soap and softener sheets which was helpful to not have to purchase. Also Costco shampoo and conditioner which worked out great being the kids forgot there’s! Suggestion first aid kit might be helpful Otherwise the condo was stocked great. Enjoyed our stay

Poipu Villa with 5 adults (3 young adults and parents)

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I loved how guests would leave things like spices and "noodles". We had everything we needed. The only thing I would change is the master bedroom doors as the are sorta louvered and don't provide much privacy. I'm ready to go back ASAP.ook my next trip.

Poipu Vacation

This unit is very nice and the pictures on the website depict it accurately. Well appointed and comfortable. We did however find the bed in the master a little too soft and springy for our comfort. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils needed to fix any type of meal. It would have been nice to have a drawer with zip lock plastic bags, aluminum foil and plastic wrap. Some of the condiments listed in the description were missing. Overall it was a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay.

Convenient location - well maintained grounds - good value

This was a good choice for us and our travel partners. Every day there were grounds people working hard to maintain the property. Parking was always available. Airport was a reasonable drive as well, convention attended was close by and the activities we went to close by as well. Quiet neighbors. While we had some steps to access the unit, it being on the top floor gave us a a two level unit including the loft. We would rent it again without hesitation.

Wonderful stay

We loved the location - close to both the ocean and services. The condo had everything we needed - well-equipped kitchen, bedding, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Having the loft at a 2nd level enhanced the space.The villas do not have a big resort feel (which it is not). Gardens are beautiful.

The true spirit of Aloha!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved everything about the condo. The management team was communicative and friendly. The condo was convenient, quiet and comfortable. We loved being able to walk across the street for shopping and dining, and sunset views. We even got engaged on the island, so it will always have a special place in our hearts.

Absolutely stellar

If you don't want to stay at a resort in Koloa/Poipu (which I definitely didn't!) it's hard to imagine a better place to stay. The villa has been beautifully updated with new flooring and kitchen. Air conditioning is a godsend when it's really hot outside, and the lanai is wonderful when it's not. Kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but no hand soap (may want to request this as we had to go buy some.) Location is ideal, walking distance to the beaches, resorts, Long's, shops, and the local market. The only issue I had was a miscommunication with the management company. (They sent the cleaning crew in before the negotiated checkout time, which they resolved, no harm done.) Other than that the management company was communicative and seemed like they'd be great to deal with.
