POOL LEGAL
1.Swimming Pool, while providing exercise, recreation, and relaxation, also can be dangerous. People (as well as pets) can be severely injured or drown if the pool is not properly used. Guests are strongly cautioned that they, other occupants and guest's guest must adhere to the following safe practices:
•No diving into the pool
•No intoxicated persons may use the pool
•No one should use the pool alone as there is no lifeguard on duty
•Children may never be left unattended when they may gain access to the pool, not even for a few seconds

Neither the host nor the host's agents can assure the safety of persons using property containing a pool. As a consequence, guests assume liability for pool use by themselves, other occupants, their guests, and their pets.

WIFI
Although the wifi may not be quite as powerful as that found in urban centers, it is the strongest available for this area. Speeds are more than enough to stream content on a big screen TV or spend extended periods of time at the property working remotely (I do it often myself as the owner).

KITCHEN
The kitchen is very well-equipped. It comes loaded with pots/pans, cooking utensils, high end kitchen knives, an large array of herbs/spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt/pepper, wine glasses and wine opener, and dinnerware, along with some condiments.

There is also fresh coffee, a coffee grinder, and a French press, along with a drip coffee maker.

In addition to the stove in the kitchen, you'll have access to a gas grill/barbecue that you can use for grilling.
Guest access
Guests have the entire 2.5 acre property to themselves and all its amenities. There is a lockbox with keys on the front door and no need to call when you arrive!

MISCELLANEOUS
Like many properties in the Mojave Desert, this house is on a dirt road. But don’t worry, the house is accessible via almost any vehicle.
