This one level home has two bedrooms. One with a king and the other with a queen.
You'll find a living room, dining room, full bath and a kitchen with a dining nook.
The fully fenced in backyard is perfectly shaded which is perfect for the hot KC summers.
Located in the Rosedale neighborhood in Kansas City, Kansas, the neighborhood is mainly occupied by families and residents of KU medical center.
Only minutes to the 39th street shopping district.
5 minutes to Westport and Plaza area
10 minutes Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum.
10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium
10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena
25-30 minutes to Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead and Royals stadiums
We are only minutes from Sun Fresh, Midtown Market and Walmart grocery stores. 2-3 minute drive to CVS pharmacy, Walgreens, and Starbucks.
