We are a family of five and fit so comfortably in this house. The sheets and beds were so comfortable and it was perfect to have two rooms and a main living area for our kids naps. The kitchen was really well stocked to cook in the space. Bonlife Coffee shop is walking distance away and it is so good. Such a great surprise to be near a coffee shop. And my personal favorite was having fresh water in the water filter in the fridge especially right when we got there. Loved staying here!

Great place close to everything. Awesome amenities, incuding kitchen, wifi, and streaming apps. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Cleveland.

The property was excellent. Clean, fully stocked in a great location. Perfect for our family of five staying for a weekend. Highly recommend. Thankful to the host of the property and had no issues, will definitely stay again if in the area.

This was our 2nd time at Magnolia Charm and we love staying here. It is so cozy and beautifully decorated for the season. A home away from home with everything you could possibly need. We would certainly stay again!

The place is absolutely adorable. Everything was perfect, the neighborhood was so quiet. I would stay there again when coming to Cleveland, TN. And since my daughter married a Tennessee boy, I guarantee you, I will be.

After a 14 hour drive it was wonderful to open the front door to find a beautiful spacious apartment. It looked like something straight out of Better Homes and Garden or Good Housekeeping Magazine. It smelled so clean, was bright, and wonderfully decorated. The house was pristine! My girls felt that the beds were very comfortable (twin beds) but my wife would agree that the bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The host was very responsive in the lead up to our trip and we did not need anything while there. It had a well stocked kitchen with coffee and tea available, a full Britta pitcher of water waiting for us in the refrigerator. Check-out instructions were very simple and clearly laid out. All in all, this was the BEST VRBO we ever stayed in. We will definitely return.

This place is fabulous!!! Kitchen is well stocked (I made a cake and cooked spaghetti). Property is well kept and beautiful!! Great central location to everything but quiet.

Conveniently located near Lee University

This place was so quaint and perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was clean, well appointed, nice and quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to Lee. Also walking distance to restaurants and a quick drive to other parts of town. Would highly recommend this place.

Cute apartment in great location!

Perfect Weekend

This was a perfect little rental for our family of three to stay at while we were in town for a wedding. The location was convenient to restaurants and other amenities. The keyless entry made getting in and out smooth, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for a brief stay. The beds were comfortable, and the crisp white linens and soft white towels gave a feeling of sparkling cleanliness.

This place is amazing!!! Perfect for 2 adults but could easily fit more. Everything you need. I cooked and even baked a cake. Perfect location. Host easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again!!
