Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The unit was very nicely decorated and was clean. Loved sitting on the porch. We liked the location. Also, the host was quick to respond when we had an issue with the door lock.

Excellent support for a check-in problem that was of my own doing. Resolved in 2 minutes. Easy parking, great location near restaurants, golf and direct beach.

Condo was clean. Neighborhood was nice. Close to many activities and restaurants. TV's a little complicated to work. They need upgraded to Roku sets.

Quick Beach Trip

This condo is a sweet little place for a quick beach trip. We spent very little time in it. The cold air was such a wonderful gift! The location to the beach was our favorite…down the steps and across the bridge and you’re there! (even though it’s between 2 big apartment buildings I t was not crowded at all) there is a shower and hose to wash off the sand. Pool was too warm because the temperature was sooo high but definitely a bonus!

Amazing little gem! The pool was great in the evening and the breeze on the porch was wonderful. Well equipment kitchen with lots of room. Comfy sofa and very comfy porch furniture. The access to the beach is easy and convenient. Highly recommend We will def be returning :)

Quiet & cozy 2 BR/2 BA with full kitchen located in N Myrtle Beach

This beachfront condo provides the perfect getaway for small families or a group of friends--for a reasonable price too! Located in N Myrtle beach, about 7 minutes drive from Barefoot Landing, this property offers oceanfront views and a private pool with direct beach access. My friends and I had a lovely stay and the property management was attentive to me questions/needs. One thing I would note is that there is only 1 parking spot included. That's probably not a big deal for most and it was advertised in the booking, but we didn't realize until we got there (arriving in separate cars) and you can't leave your car overnight in the paid public parking .

Cant get closer to the ocean!

Our stay here was awesome. Location is amazing. You literally are a few steps to the ocean. Beach was beautiful. The condo was great. Very clean but the flashlight under the kitchen sink doesnt work and we wanted to use it for looking for shells at night. Not a huge deal. The patio deck is so awesome. Perfect view past the dunes. Only big issue we had was the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. We turned it on and it literally dropped out of the ceiling a few onches and scared us to death!! We shut it off immediately. We reported it to the vacation manager but no one ever came to fix it. We were so worried it was going to fall on us while we were sleeping! I was irritated with the manager. They didnt and still havent offered a refund or any way to rectify the situation.

Will Be Back!

Overall the place was great for what we wanted! The beach access is unbeatable. So easy and convenient. The location is close to several restaurants and stores within driving distance. Sliding door to balcony is a little tough to maneuver, we would have liked to have been able to lock the door down to the beach access while we were at the beach so the condo wasn’t left unattended and unlocked but there isn’t a key for the door leading off the balcony (or a keypad/electric door lock with code), that would have been nice but there really wasn’t a huge crowd around so it was fine and stuff inside remained safe. Place was pretty clean and well kept. If you plan to go to Myrtle in October just know that it is sand fly hatching season and they bite. Never in my life have I been bit by anything at the beach until now-this is obviously not a review of the place but just an FYI for anyone wanting to go in October. The balcony was a huge hit, we loved sitting out there every part of the day! Overall would stay again!

Nice room

2024 vaca

Very nice but could have been cleaner on arrival but it wasnt bad enough that I would not book again. We couldnt get the tvs to work in the bedrooms. The deck provided great view of both pool and ocean and patio furniture was nice. All in all, I would stay here again. Easy check in too which is a plus

Husband's Birthday Getaway

Your pictures online are beautiful but the actual place is amazing. Location is great. Away but still close enough to get to anything. It's a bagel deli about to open right across the street and that will fantastic. The patio is a great place to relax and converse with one another. My 17 month old enjoyed herself and we felt safe with her being out there with us. The only con that we had was the WIFI would not work and then the tvs in the room wouldn't connect. It kept saying weak signal. But we just watched tv in the front or relaxed on the patio. Overall, we would love to visit again. And it might be soon.
