The complex consists of three blocks of flats arranged on different levels, so that almost all flats have a sea view (on request, for a fee). The special design gives the apartments a village-like character. Relax on the spacious panoramic terrace or take a refreshing dip in the communal pool. The tastefully furnished, high-quality flats guarantee you privacy and a high level of comfort. After a fulfilling day by the sea or a varied mountain bike tour, you can round off the balmy evening hours on your private terrace with a glass of wine from the nearby vineyard. In the north-east of Sardinia, you can experience the beautiful landscape on the Gulf of Arzachena. The tourist centres of the Costa Smeralda are just a short drive away. The nearest towns are Cannigione (around ten minutes) and Cala Bitta (six minutes). The harbour of Porto Cervo is also just over 15 minutes away. The coast of the region is very rugged and has many rugged cliffs as well as a few fine sandy beaches. Nearby activities: The surrounding area is perfect for walks and mountain bike tours. There is also a riding stable a few kilometres away, which organises rides to the beach for beginners and experienced riders alike. With a hire car, you can go on a journey back to the Bronze Age: For example, visit the Nuragic village of Prisgiona, the Nuraghe Albucciu and the small temple of Malchittu. In the tourist towns such as Baja Sardinia, Cannigione, Porto Cervo and San Pantaleo, there are various traditional markets every day, some of which are also held in the evening. Our tip: The famous Surrau wine cellar (Arzachena) is just a few kilometres away. There you can take part in a fascinating wine tasting and a tour of the production facilities. You probably won't want to miss buying a bottle or two for yourself in the wine boutique. Mobility : Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Wifi is only available in the pool and reception area. You can borrow an American coffee machine for EUR 2 per day. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation.
