Spend your days boating, fishing, or swimming in Roach Lake, and then return home to prepare delicious meals, stream your favorite TV channels, and then gather around the firepit to watch the stars come out.

Inside this family-friendly home, you'll find an open layout with a well-equipped, island kitchen with deluxe appliances and counter seating, a dining table for six for mealtimes or rainy day games, and a main living area with a sofa, chair, and TV. Just around the corner, there’s a cozy office nook with a lake view as well as a chair and desk for laptops if you need to catch up on a little work while you're away.

Outdoors, take a few steps down to the water's edge where you'll find a dock and a swim raft for endless summertime fun!

Additional amenities and features at this home include central air-conditioning and a basement laundry room with a washer/dryer to help you keep those swimsuits fresh and clean during your stay!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Dock is roughly 30 ft long, with around 12 steps down to the lake.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
