Welcome to my Beautiful Beach theme Condo without the Beach prices This Condo is a Beautifully Decorated Ground Floor Condo located just off Hwy 59.in Foley Alabama Close To OWA, The New Tropic Falls Indoor Water Park. Foley Sports Tourism Complex, Foley Sports Plex Tanger Outlet Mall, GlenLakes Golf Club, Gulf Links Golf Center, Lamberts Restaurant (Home of the Throwed Roll), Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, Shrimp Basket, Wolf Bay Lodge along many other Great Family Restaurants. You will also find a Wal-Mart and a Publix less than a block away and a very short drive to Gulf Shores Beautiful White Sandy Beaches This Condo Has been newly Renovated and Tastefully decorated with a Beach and Costal theme. This Condo is Fully Furnished and is Very Comfortable (I use it myself not just a rental) . The Master Bedroom features A King Size bed with a 3-inch Sweet Dreams Mattress topper and an En suite Bathroom inside the Master Bedroom, plus a 40-inch TV , Ceiling fan and a Large walk-in closet, The secondary bedroom Features 2 Pillow top Full-size beds Plus a 40-inch TV, Ceiling Fan and a large walk-in closet The Den Features a Palm leaf ceiling fan, A 58 Inch Smart TV That is Roku ready so you can log in to your account and watch your favorite programs and features an awesome satellite Package and WIFI which is included with your stay, The Condo also features A full Kitchen with a separate dining area. All kitchen utensils are furnished, A new Built in Microwave, Glass Top Stove, Garbage Disposal and a built-in dishwasher with a guest starter pack furnished. The laundry room Features an Extra-Large Washer and Dryer with a guest starter pack furnished This Condo also has a screened in porch patio area to relax and enjoy your mornings or your favorite cup of coffee. The Condo Complex offers A Large Swimming pool area with palm trees with a very relaxing atmosphere and plenty of free parking. We have spent 100s of hours working and remodeling this condo to make it the show place of Park Ave Condominiums and we are proud of the results of our hard work.

I chose Park Avenue Condominiums in Foley Alabama because of its great location just off Hwy 59 it is conveniently located near the OWA and Tropic Falls Water Park, The Flory Tourism Complex, Foley Sports Plex Golf Courses, Tanger Outlets Lamberts Restaurant (Home of throwed Roll) and a short drive to the beautiful white beaches of Gulf Shores it has easy access to the beach express to visit The Warf and Orange Beach and other attractions. So, if you are a Golfer, A beachcomber, A Shopper or A Fisherman this Condo offers something for everyone,
