Elegant 3-bedroom condo with 2 King beds/2 twins close to OWA/Foley Sports Plex.

Escape the hustle and bustle of beachfront crowds while staying only about 9 miles away. This tastefully furnished three-bedroom condo on the first floor features two king beds, and two twin beds, and is easily accessible from the parking lot. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans and cable TV (58" in the living room). The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, blender, pots and pans, kettle, and your choice of a Keurig or traditional coffee maker. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the east-facing screened patio.

Park Avenue Condominiums is conveniently situated in the heart of Foley, west of Highway 59/County Road 20, it's close to Foley Sports Plex, Tanger Outlets, OWA, and the newly opened 'Tropic Falls' Indoor Water Park. Nearby you'll find Publix and Walmart for all your grocery needs. Plenty of free lot parking.

There's a large variety of family-friendly restaurants in the vicinity to explore. With easy access to Beach Express, Orange Beach, and The Wharf, you're also less than 9 miles from the white sand Gulf Shores beaches. Please note, this is a 'no smoking', 'no vaping', and 'no pets' property - an extra $200 cleaning fee will be charged if it's necessary to remove any odors.

My goal is to provide a comfortable and welcoming place for my guests, and I have done my best to create this. I realize that you have a wide choice of accommodations but believe that the record of my reviews will give you the confidence to choose to rent mine.

Everything was just as listed. Pics were accurate & driving directions & checkin instructions were easy to follow. Communication with host was 110%.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience & will definitely be back.

Great Condo!

Perfect condo in the Foley/Gulf Shores area. Convenient location to golf courses, shopping, restaurants, and beach. The condo is very clean and provides everything you need in a quiet safe neighborhood.

Comfortable stay at a great location

This condo located in a very convenient location for many attraction in Foley! There was plenty of room for 4 adults for our 3-night stay. The place was very clean and communication with the owner was great! I look forward to staying here again whenever I visit Foley in the future.

Perfect location

Alison was wonderful to work with. The unit was very clean and I loved the fact that 2 of the bedrooms had king beds. It was a great location for the things we wanted to do.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose to purchase at Park Avenue Condominiums in Foley because it's so conveniently located just off Highway 59, near to multiple eateries, and OWA with the new Tropic Falls water park, and only nine miles to the gorgeous white sand beach of Gulf Shores. There is also easy access to the Beach Express and The Wharf in Orange Beach (great for concert visitors). My condo is on the first floor (no stairs to manage with bags) and guests can enjoy their morning coffee on the east facing covered porch. Sitting in a Cabana at the resort-style swimming pool is relaxing on a sunny day, even in the winter.

Foley is exploding in popularity as there are many great stores and restaurants but it's less traffic congested than the beach, and the prices are much lower. A multitude of locations are easy to reach from Foley, including The Wharf in Orange Beach, sleepy Magnolia Springs, Ft Morgan, Fairhope, Daphne and Mobile, and even Pensacola in Florida. Just wonderful for a short break or vacation!
