This spacious newly refurbished 1st floor elevated maisonette, has its own entry and is the perfect choice for friends and family who prefer to be centrally located and at the same time enjoy a peaceful area. One can enjoy easy access to the sea, restaurants, bars, bus stop, groceries, pharmacy, family park, kids play area.

air-condition in each room (connected to a coin meter)
private access to main door

One can find free parking in same apartment street. If not using owns car there is a bus stop 2 minutes away by foot.
It is 15 minutes drive by car away from / to the airport.
Valletta the capital city is 25/30minutes drive by car.
There is a direct route by public transport bus from a nearby bus stop which can take you to Valletta the capital city.
Marsascala promenade is just a walk away by foot and you will find various restaurants and bars. There is a playing field for kids.

Bus stop - just to minute walk from the apartment,
convenience shop - Bon Bons (just 2 minute straight walk on the main road)

I am married and have two young boys of 3 and 7 years. I always try to do my best to make my guest's stay comfortable and pleasant as possible. I am always a message or a phone call away if my guests have any queries.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
Me and my husband bought this property to live there and we used to live there with our two children. We moved to another place and did a refurbishment this year and started renting it. We chose this property because it is situated in a central area and at the same time a quite area. It is close to the beach and one could do lovely walks through the promenade.
