With stained glass windows and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house, you’ll feel like you've stepped back in time to early 20th-century HBG. The house is within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, the river trail and more, making it a perfect vacation rental to enjoy the best of what HBG has to offer.

The living room on the first floor has a queen-size pullout couch making it a great sleeping arrangement for those who do not prefer stairs.

SECOND FLOOR:
The 2 bedrooms and second living room with pullout couch are on the second floor with plenty of space to spread out

Two full bathrooms are available in the house, one conveniently on each floor. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, and plenty of toilet paper.

MAIN FLOOR:
The main floor bathroom features a shower and bathtub.

The second floor bathroom features a full bathroom with a shower

The newly remodeled kitchen invites you to create delicious meals for family and friends. You’ll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, and pans.

Enjoy your meals together in the dining room with seating for 8 at the main dining table and an extra 2 at a cozy corner table. The dining room also features a bar cart with cocktail glasses and an ice bucket so you can enjoy entertaining guests with your own cocktails.

The main floor living room is complete with comfortable seating options and a large 55" TV paired with high-speed internet for your entertainment.

The second floor living room can function as both a workspace, a hang out space, and a sleeping space.

Free parking is available on-street. The outdoor camera at the front door is for your safety and security and the home features a smart lock for convenient and smooth check-in.

Other things to note:
☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation unless otherwise agreed upon.
☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation.
☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property.
☆If the property is left excessively dirty, additional cleaning fees will be applied.
☆Please note that this is a city house. Like most other houses in the city, it is connected on one side to another property. There is also a third floor unit above this one that has its own separate entrance.
