Ideally Located

This furnished apartment is located in Nolita, a trendy neighborhood in Lower Manhattan. The name is shorthand for "North of Little Italy" among New Yorkers, who love this area for its dynamic character and fantastic shopping scene. Martin Scorsese grew up in Nolita, and it has also been home base for celebrities as diverse as Iman, Moby, and Gabriel Byrne. There is a diverse dining scene in the neighborhood, as well as plenty of bars and clubs. Nolita is served by several subway lines and bus routes, making it easy to get anywhere in the city from your new home.

This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for one month, a year, or more.
Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.
We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured.

A security deposit of $500 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
