Stay comfortably near Hudson Yards at my newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment. The space features a queen bed in the bedroom with flat screen TV and a living room with a queen sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. The bathroom includes a beautiful shower with great water pressure. Towels, lines and hair dryer provided. Guests can enjoy a cool breeze with air conditioning or stay warm with heating, making every season enjoyable. This awesome apartment offers a great blend of comfort and convenience. My place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in New York.

Ashley was very responsive and apartment was as pictured. Perfect size/location for my daughter and I. We were able to walk to Chelsea Market, Times Square and Broadway shows as well as take subway to the Met and Central Park. We felt safe walking back after shows. Would be happy staying here again!

Loved this Vrbo! Super clean, AC worked great, comfortable beds, washer/dryer were a heaven send! Ashley was great with communication and helped us figure out questions we had at check-in. Sofa bed was in excellent condition. Great for 2 people or couple with younger children. I would definitely book again!

Place is very cute - well decorated and in a great location to walk to attractions. It is a class NYC space, so 3 people was a good amount for the space. Host was very communicative and the whole process of checking in and out was smooth!

This apartment/host will be our first choice for our next visit. Fantastic apartment in a great location. 5ish minute walk to subways, shopping, and eats. Host was excellent in every way. Quick to respond with questions and help when needed. Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

The location was centrally located. We went to Madison Square Gardens for a concert and walked. I appreciate a VRBO that I can keep cool that was no problem. I would certainly go back. Having a washer and dryer on site helped out tremendously. We stayed for four nights, the host was fantastic and helped us find luggage storage befor we were even on property. She let us check in early which was great. If I had any qualm which I wouldn't even really say it was an issue, when sleeping 4 we simple bought a other blanket. Fantastic stay and experience.

It’s a nice, small apartment in an excellent location. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It’s very small but the 2 of us fit nicely. There’s a little hall noise from others coming and going. The communication with the host was very good.

Great space! Very comfortable! Clean, new, nice and neat. Loved it and I will stay there again. The only hard part is the key pick up is not on the property but they do a great job letting you know where is is and where to find it

Perfect our needs (one adult and 12 year old twins) spending a few days exploring the city. The apartment was clean, newly renovated, close to a grocery store and subway system. The apartment is SMALL (long and narrow) so finding a place to unpack your stuff and store your suitcase(s) takes an organized mind. Doable but something to be mindful of. Excellent water pressure everywhere except for the shower where it was moderate. Use of the washer/dryer was huge for us as I’d just picked the kids up from summer camp and they had no clean clothes. The dishwasher wasn’t working but I notified the owner/manager and assume it will be fixed for the next occupant. Only other thing worth noting is that the bedroom door cannot be closed as that functionality was clearly sacrificed in order to fit the queen bed in the room! All in all, 5 out of 5 stars.
