Fantastic property for family trip to Florida
Lovely house exactly as described on the site; it was immaculately clean with lots of space and facilities.
The owners are fabulous they made contact before, during and after our trip and were quick to respond to any questions, and replaced a faulty kettle within an hour! They left us some snacks and treats and left us an anniversary card which was really thoughtful.
The open plan kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of seating for our family of 7. There is excellent wifi.
The bedrooms were large and very comfy, the bathrooms were clean with lots of fluffy towels, they even left us towels for the pool.
The house is within a small gated complex, with friendly 24 hr security. Lots of parking available next to the house.
The onsite pool is very close with plenty of sunchairs, the pool was really clean and warm and had a fab splash pad play area which our grandkids loved. The pool is beside a lake with lots of wildlife. There is an onsite gym and other outside games areas for teenagers.
Disney parks are between 15/20 min drive depending on traffic ($25 a day to park), Ubers cost between $8 and $20+ depending on time of day.
Lots of other things to do and places to visit within driving distance, we visited St Peterburg (day trip), and Everglades & Keys (overnight trip). Traffic generally awful but fuel is cheap. Food and drink very expensive compared to UK even in the supermarkets.
We travelled via Tampa airport took us about 2 hours each way.
We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend the house and hosts, they really made our visit special. We really hope we can visit again soon and would definitely want to stay here.
