I booked home for my crew of electricians. We are working out of town at the local church and giving them a place to stay that is more of a home is so much better for morale. The men loved the house and we would love to book again.

I did talked with host. All the amenities were good. We did had problems with shower had low pressure. But the host called the maintenance person and they fixed it. It was a good stay.

Lovely House

What a lovely home. New build so everything is in great condition. Location was perfect, close to everything. Kelvin was very easy to communicate with during our visit when we had questions.

The owner has provided everything we could possibly require

This home was equipped with everything necessary for a great vacation and more. This home has two master bedrooms with their own ensuite. Separate but open floor plan. Beautiful mountain views from the dining area. Spacious living space with a ping pong table in the garage. My family enjoyed this home so much we will be coming back soon. I would definitely recommend to extended family and friends to visit this home. Kelvin was exceptionally accommodating and answered questions quickly. Thank you Kelvin for being a great host!

The listing is very accurate. Well stocked and the location was perfect for us. Cottonwood is active and friendly town nestled near Jerome and Sedona. The host was quick to respond. We had a great time. We only encountered one problem upon arrival. One of the bathroom toilets was unable to flush. They tried to find a maintenance company to fix the problem but were unable to find one during our trip

In general the house was okay, but the price we paid for a holiday weekend left a lot to be desired. The host was also unresponsive, unhelpful, and offered a small refund that never came.There were 2 things we were looking forward to when we rented this house, playing pingpong with the kids and grilling in the backyard. When we arrived, the trash can was in the garage and was overflowing, making it impossible to spend any time in there. We decided to pivot and make dinner while we tried to air out the garage. We went to turn on the grill, and it lit for 2 seconds before burning out; the tank was completely empty. We were also having issues with the Internet during all this, and we kept the owner informed, but got not immediate response. After about 3 hours, he finally responded.For the garbage, he blamed the holiday as the reason it wasn't picked up (we check in on Friday, holiday was the following Monday), so that didn't check out. He provided no details to fix the internet; took me 45 minutes to get it to work. For the grill, he told us if we wanted to use the grill he "required" us to refill the tank at our own expense.There were notes around the house of things that were broken, but never fixed. None of them huge, but still a hassle. His check in procedures contradicted the listing, and had extra legal disclaimers. We called VRBO, and they got the owner to offer us a small refund. Surprise, the refund never came. Would not recommend staying here.

The property was new construction. The house was very nice.

The posting we rented showed 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The house only had 3 of each, but we made do with that. The house looked to be new construction. The yard had not been developed yet. All in all it was an enjoyable time.
