Sweeping ocean views & a huge tropical fruit orchard below the house with mango, starfruit, oranges, grapefruit & other cirtrus trees for you to pick from during your stay!

Immaculate home just 5 mins south of downtown Kona with a ton of great restaurants and shops! Enjoy sweeping ocean views and balmy breezes. As you enter, you are greeted with views of the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean. The sculpted landscape combines citrus, mango orchards, tropical flowers and exotic plants. The spacious interior and large covered lanai & deck provide the perfect entertaining space.

This custom high end home has been impeccably cared for and shows pride of ownership.

Amazing

The house location was very convenient; close to shopping, but at the same time, very quiet setting, no traffic or noise at all once you inside/outside the house grounds. The house was very nice and very clean. And the layout was great for our family, with the main bedroom separated from the others. House was very well stocked with household amenities. Plenty of bath and beach towels, dishwasher/laundry detergent, etc…(at other house rentals, we have to make a trip to the store to buy those daily items, which is annoying, but that was not the case here at all). All you need to bring is food/drinks. The pool and hot tub were great, and a huge hit for our 3 kids. The pool water was plenty warm, so our younger kids could stay in all day if we were to let them. And this was in April, not even the peak summer.  Backyard patio and pool/hot tub all seemed brand new. The host was very nice and responsive (again, we had no issues though!) We’d definitely come back to this place again!

Perfect Stay!!!

I can't tell you how nice this stay was! This was the first VRBO that made me want to return to the same property for a future trip. The house was awesome and the pool was perfect! From sweeping ocean views to great communication from the owner, all great! Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Amazing little spot

We absolutely LOVED this house. Such a convenient location, and the views are some of the best you can ask for. Whale watching right from the back yard. Lots of fruit to check out below. Some of the best sunset pictures came from the back area. House was super cute and well decorated. Will definitely return again!

Amazing family time

We loved our time at the property! Having adult kids (26,23,21&18) all in one comfortable spot was amazing…we loved watching the sunsets from the infinity pool every night! Summit’s guide of things to do in Kona was awesome - definitely have dinner at Huggo’s! Thanks for the hospitality- we will be back!

The neighborhood has broad walking sidewalks with serene ocean views for morning and evening strolls with the family, a large open park and is in a gated, small community very close to Kona downtown.

The house is in a gated community surrounded by lovely homes within a few minutes drive to Kona downtown along the water with all the restaurants and shops. The house has amazing 120 degree views, a beautiful landscaped backyard and fruit orchard, a salt water infinity lap pool, a jetted hot tub with plenty of privacy. A small path at the end of the community leads to Ali’i drive and is also walkable to the restaurants and shopping area.
