We had a wonderful stay at Jordan‘s VRBO in the Catskills. The house is a spacious one story home, thoughtfully furnished, with a fantastic, fully screened wraparound porch offering picturesque views of the Delaware River and surrounding hills. Jordan and Dawn were readily responsiveto any questions we had about the house. I would readily stay there again in the future. and highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a great place to stay in the vicinity of Hancock, New York.

Stayed at this property with 2 friends on a recent fishing trip, what a great house, in a secluded, peaceful area with beautiful views of the Delaware River. The house had plenty of room, was clean, comfortable and had all amenities that we required. My favorite room was the huge screened in deck overlooking the river where we spent most of our time when not fishing. Everything from booking to check in to checkout and communication with the host were seamless. We really enjoyed the property and out time there, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Perfect riverside getaway!

The house was perfect, it had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The view was gorgeous and relaxing. The fishing was great. Dawn is a wonderful host and Jordan was extremely helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Awesome views of upper Delaware River

This is a beautiful, secluded home, right on the upper Delaware River, near Lordsville, NY. It is super clean and very comfortable with a great sun room and large screened in porch-both overlooking the river. Super hosts and wonderful experience-highly recommend.

Cozy and familiar

The property was immaculate, with all the comforts of home. The pile of hand knitted blankets to cuddle with on the porch was a lovely touch. Perfect views of the river and lovely hosts to boot - thank you Jordan, for the delicious morels!

Great location!

My wife and I had a great week here. Being able to go out the door with the river right there was awesome. Saw lots of eagles during our stay. Jacob was very accommodating to all of requests while there. For hikers, Jensen Ledges is just up the road and well worth the climb. I caught 2 fish during the stay right out front. All in all, a great stay!

Beautiful property - exactly what my family needed. The home is very comfortable. We were two to six guests at various points over a seven day vacation. Lots of room for everyone to spread out on the airy porch or interior sunroom and living room. Hancock is close by for canoe-outfitters, grocery store, and restaurants. We kayaked and canoed on the Delaware (aka front yard), hiked to waterfalls and scenic vista less than two miles down the road, and enjoyed tours of the mushroom farm run by the property manager (and his dog Ralph).

We are right on the beautiful, scenic upper Delaware River, nestled in the Catskill mountains with a view of Pennsylvania across the river. The river is the state border between New York and Pennsylvania. You have quick access to a private river beach for swimming and fishing. It is always quite fun to swim or walk across the river (when low enough) and say "Now I'm in Pennsylvania!"
