Welcome to Seaside 1, a private and secluded 3500 square foot luxury beachfront villa on the beautiful garden island of North Caicos. Only a short ferry ride from Providenciales, North Caicos offers a rejuvenating getaway where guests can truly unplug and relax in solitude.

The villa’s beautiful design and finishings match the breathtaking panoramic views of white sand and the glittering turquoise sea. This vacation home features modern amenities and all the comforts of home with a fully-equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining areas perfect for relaxing with friends and family.

Experience the magic of island life by stepping right out to the covered patio with lounge chairs and private pool overlooking the spectacular view of the crystal clear ocean. Spend the day relaxing by the pool or on the beach soaking in the sun and take walks for miles on the pristine white sands.

Beautiful location. Well kept home and better than the online pictures. Two families there for a week. We had plenty of room to spread out. Very quiet beach area to relax away from it all.

Beautiful villa with stunning sunset views! Villa was very clean and well apportioned. Really enjoyed the pool and amazing white sand beach. Secluded location which we appreciated as it felt we had the island to ourselves. Host (Tom) and property manager (Regine) were very responsive and helpful as this was a last-minute booking. Highly recommend Chef Rica to hire as a private chef. Her food was fantastic and she was great to work with. Overall, an exceptional experience!

We could not have enjoyed ourselves more. The house is beautiful and we were welcomed and treated exceptionally by the house manager, Regine. If you want to have a very quiet place to get away from it all, this is the place for you.

The photos do not do justice! This house is beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We had a party of 14 and all the spaces were big enough to accommodate. The kitchen is big, and there is a nice propane grill! We cooked every meal, and it was perfect! The ping pong table was also a hit! Beach is nice and you can walk for miles either way and never see a soul! Found plenty of conch shells and saw barracuda and sea turtles. Communication with host is 10/10. We’ve stayed a lot of places and never experienced such hospitality! I just can’t say enough good things about this whole experience. If you are unsure- book it!! We will be back! North Caicos is one of our favorite places on earth.

Where do we start? The villa was better in person than the pictures shown on VRBO. Regine, the property manager, picked us up from the North Caicos Ferry and took us to the villa. She showed us around and gave a detailed description of the villa and where everything was. Thank you, Regine, for such a superb job! The villa comes with beach chairs, a kayak, and a board to do beach activities. The beach was steps away from the villa, and it was spectacular. Regine also provided all the information related to activities in North Caicos and Provo. We contracted a chef, and I want to give kudos to him. Chef AC, thank you for such good meals you prepared for us. A.C of Caicos Eden 1 (649) 342-0138, a.caicoseden@gmail.com. I will return to this villa in a heartbeat.

Island life vacation perfection!

Incredible property- a rare stay that from the moment we walked in and saw the beauty of this property, we were all immediately discussing how/when we could come back! Great communication with the owner, who provided recommendations for excursions and restaurants. He likewise provided local contacts that helped us in arranging a taxi for our large family group from PLS to ferry, rental car, and fully stocked the home with our grocery list prior to our arrival, which made for such an easy travel experience. All of those services were A. The home itself is beautiful, even better than the listing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking family meals. A brand new Weber propane grill outside, which we enjoyed using to grill out several nights. Brand new beach towels, bath towels and a great laundry room to help minimize the need for packing. The pool was perfect, a hit with our kids and steps away from the beach. Also great for the adults, as we were able to watch over kids in the pool and beach/ocean, while still allowing the kids the flexibility and freedom to go to/from either. Lastly, the location is indescribable. On east Sandy Point beach, we had a 1.5-2 mile stretch of this beautiful beach entirely to ourselves for the week. Kayak and brand new inflated SUPs were appreciated and well used. Coral right off the beach with lots of fish, conch, sea turtles and stingrays that our kids loved snorkeling over. The perfect North island stay!

This property exceeded every expectation for our group of 12 adults and a baby. The beach is the best on the island in our opinion — crystal clear water with world-class snorkeling steps from the back door. We spotted starfish, sea turtles, a bamboo shark, lionfish, and countless fish without booking a single excursion.The house is well-appointed with plenty of beach chairs, towels, floats, and games for a large group — even baby floats. The upstairs loft AC was great, which had been a concern. Food is scarce on North Caicos, so bring what you need, but the house had a nice stock of pantry staples left by previous renters.House manager Regine is exceptional. She met us at the ferry with our rental van waiting, loaded our luggage personally, and stayed available all week. When baby formula was left on a bus on the main island, she tracked it down and delivered it herself the next morning. That level of care is rare anywhere.If you are looking for an amazing, private vacation this is the spot. Everything was exceptional.
