The villa was absolutely beautiful—just like the photos, but seeing it in person takes it to another level! (And that’s no exaggeration.)We were greeted by the host, Alessandro, and his daughter, Raquel, who were both very pleasant and welcoming. They gave us a thorough tour and provided all the information we needed for our stay.Throughout our visit, they were extremely responsive and helpful. I honestly can’t think of a single negative thing to say about the villa or the hosts. I would definitely book again!

It is a beautiful property, you and your family or freinds will feel like you are alone in an oasis. By far my family was thrilled with the pool, this was the congregation area for everyone. The principal part of the house was also wonderful, breakfast, lunches and dinners were made all the more special thanks to the open design. Rooms were huge and the bathrooms were especially large and modern. Beach access was a short walk and that stretch of beach was pretty quiet and we had it to ourselves the whole week. they put out chairs so you can sit there and enjoy the view of the beach, however we found ourselves in the water the whole time. Alessandro, the owner and the main contact, was very very helpful and wonderful in sharing suggestions to make your stay memorable. Truly a wonderful experience and we hope to return in the future. I, and my family, would highly recommend.

An architectural marvel that magically merges luxury and nature. From the moment you step into the property, you are surrounded by beauty. You're immediately mesmerized by the gorgeous pool and the spacious living room/dining room / kitchen, but as you tour the entire property you realize attention to detail has been paid very carefully to every bedroom and bathroom and the overall layout. The daily staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. And our Host Alessandro was gracious, inviting, and supportive from when he personally welcomed us at the property, throughout the stay and when he stopped by to bid us farewell. The surrounding neighborhood is currently under major development which the listing clearly states, but after a very quick walk to the beach, you are rewarded with a VERY generous stretch of Bight Beach that no one else is on. While it is a public beach, few passersby stroll past throughout the day which makes it easily feel like you have your own expansive private beach throughout your stay. If you're looking for luxury, privacy and the splendors of Providenciales without the crowds, this is the rental to book.

Amazing property!

This is our second stay at this property and we love it! Alessandro is such an amazing host! The property and home are kept impeccable. There is security on site and housekeeping-both which were very helpful as well. The beach is a 5 minute easy walk. Love this home!!

Perfect for Couples

We stayed in the Villa with three other couples. Beautiful house and property. 2 min walk to beach with private chairs / umbrellas. Alessandro and Raquel were excellent to deal with. We utilized their grocery stocking service, which eliminated a lot of hassle for us. Highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Turks.

We loved the property. There were 4 couples and the villa accommodated all us extremely comfortably. We loved hanging by the pool when we were not at the beach. Alessandro was an excellent host and helped us with transportation and was responsive with any questions. His pride of ownership was readily evident. There was a power outage while we were there and the house was completely on generator, so no impact at all. I would highly recommend Villa Islander for a group.

Paradise delivered!

My family of 5 had a beautiful stay at this gorgeous property to celebrate my husband’s Birthday. I have travelled to many gorgeous islands and beaches in the world and this is one of the top properties. You feel like you are in a tropical jungle yet you are steps away from what feels like a private beach. The water is crystal clear, there is world class snorkeling a short walk away. Bars and restaurants are also a short walk away yet far enough not to disturb your views or beach access. The place is an architectural gem and has everything you need to be comfortable within minutes of entering. The staff is friendly and extremely competent. Everything was top notch and a sheer delight.. I look forward to going back and would recommend to anyone who likes ease and luxury steps away from white beaches and blue water.

Just what I needed!!!

The property is better than advertised! Very spacious and comfortable. The water is beautiful and great snorkeling right off the beach. The manager was so helpful day to day. My 60TH birthday was in my top 3 of all the places I been. You can't go wrong with this house. See you soon again.

Great Stay in T&C

We had four couples for this vacation in September and this home was set up perfectly for our group. Because the property is not right on the beach, we definitely felt it was more private. The walk is an easy one on a private path to the beach. It was great having all four bedrooms with a private bath and king bed. All the staff was fabulous- helpful and welcoming. It was such a nice touch to have the beach chairs and umbrellas set up every day and fresh beach towels. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to come back for a stay! Robin Austin, Texas

A Slice of Paradise

A group of 9 stayed at Villa Islander for nine nights over spring break, with ages ranging from 5-49 years old. We had such a relaxing and spectacular vacation. Villa Islander is being ran more like a resort with daily housekeeping and security included. You also have an option for a private chef at additional charge. We utilized two chefs while we were here, both of whom were fantastic. I highly recommend Chef Maria and Chef Naz (he can even come and make an array of delicious pizzas for your group one night with his portable pizza oven). The owner of the villa, Alessandro, is very accommodating and easy to contact. It’s very evident that he cares deeply about the satisfaction of his guests. Villa Islander is designed beautifully—you feel like you’re in Bali—tons of glass windows and very high ceilings. All 4 bedrooms are spacious and well appointed with personal safes, mini refrigerators, TVs, hairdryers, and more. A quick walk takes you right to the beach where you can enjoy the blue Caribbean waters. Private beach chairs are set up daily for Villa Islander guests. You can also stroll down the beach and visit the Wayamara Hotel, as well as a few other resorts, for food or drinks. There’s great snorkeling right off the beach where you can see an array of fish and marine life. You might even spot a stingray or two. Turks is a great island—so much to do from boating to snorkeling/scuba, lovely restaurants, a Thursday night weekly fish fry, top notch resorts, and shopping

Cannot say enough good things about this property. The house is absolutely beautiful. We loved it. 4 adult couples, celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. All bedrooms were attractive and comfortable. The pool was lovely, but the beach was magnificent. The daily chair/umbrella set up was so nice. We used the chef for out first night and really enjoyed eating “at home”. We also used the massage service, recommended by Alessandro. It was so relaxing. We rented cars, which was ideal. We played pickleball, shopped and dined out a lot. We had just the right amount of activity and lounging by the pool/beach. Definitely enjoyed the privacy, but didn’t feel isolated. Walked to Somewhere Cafe for cocktails and food. Floating tiki bar picked us up one afternoon, which was a fun 90 minute ride along Grace Bay. Also rented a boat with Island Vibes for the day, which was the highlight of our trip. We love Turks. If we could have extended our stay, we would have. Alessandro and the staff were so helpful and pleasant. We always felt safe and taken care of. We would love to return to Villa Islander in the future. Do not hesitate to book this home.

Modern Luxury with all the comforts of home

We had an incredible stay at Villa Islander. The home was impeccably maintained and close to everything. The attention to detail was evident throughout the home and throughout our stay. The housekeeper and groundskeeper took great care of us. We enjoyed the private beach with the chairs set up for us daily. We also had a phenomenal experience with the in home chef that the host arranged for us. The host made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back! The Perfect Villa

Villa Islander was an incredible place to spend several weeks in Turks & Caicos. Not only is the location ideal on Grace Bay Beach but away from most of the resorts, the villa is an incredible architectural masterpiece. The glass and views of the pool and lush tropical landscaping made it incredibly relaxing. The short walk to the beach allowed us privacy but easy to access as well. Finally, the host and staff managing and taking care of the villa were absolutely incredible and made the experience one of our best. We have travelled to the island on numerous occasions, always staying in private villas, and Villa Islander is on the top of that list for all of the reasons noted.

Better than 5 Stars!

If I could rate this property more than 5 stars I would! The house is simply stunning! The stocked fridge, chef-prepared meals, daily housekeeping, and chair/umbrella set up added to our VIP experience. Very friendly staff and we were absolutely spoiled by Chef Naz and his amazing meals! The semi-private, gorgeous beach was just a short walk away and was perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The property was close to everything, but far enough away to have some privacy. We really enjoyed our spa / golf day. The property owner provided great recommendations for dining out, as well. We enjoyed a private sunset cruise and a half day snorkel excursion. It was the perfect vacation, and we were all very sad to leave. We will not hesitate to stay here again!

Villa Islander is incredibly well located and very close to the beach. Not being a direct beachfront property comes with the advantage of enjoying an added level of privacy. The villa is at the end of a no-through road in a residential neighborhood with other expats houses and resorts nearby. The commercial hub in Grace Bay with a great variety of gourmet restaurants, grocery stores and shops can be reached by car in few minutes. Our dedicated villa staff come included in the rate and will provide assistance during the day (lady housekeeper) and in the night (security guard).
