We do have to allow adequate timing between guests for proper cleaning and sanitization and because someone was checking in on the day you departed, we were unable to offer you a later check out. Thank you for letting us know about your stay at Emerald Dunes 602. We were glad to see that you found the condo to be nice and you loved this convenient location right on the beach. The shower doors and leak have been addressed and are no longer an issue. We are sorry you were inconvenienced by the location of the trash receptacle, but the Homeowner’s Association felt that it would be more aesthetically pleasing to owners and guests to have the trash situated away from the building and valuable parking spaces.
