Level-up in the deluxe game room equipped with foosball, air hockey, arcade racing games, and a nine-seat home theater. Happy hour fun awaits in the upstairs landing featuring a pool table, smart TV, and four-seater pub table.

The full kitchen comes ready for home cooking with gorgeous counters and a suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. While dinner is being prepared, lounge with guests on the living room sectional and find something to watch on the massive smart TV. Dine at the table set for 10 or enjoy meals alfresco at the patio dining table set for six.

Five bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom features a smart TV, walk-in closet, and private en suite bathroom. Next door, assemble with your favorite characters in the superhero-themed bunk suite. This room shares en suite bathroom access with the surf shack suite featuring its own smart TV and NBA JAM arcade game. Across the house, explore the Oceania in the Moana-inspired bunk room or settle-in for a beachside picnic in the Peanut Butter and Jellyfish bedroom featuring a fully detailed, play-food truck. Both of these bedrooms also include their own smart TV and a full bathroom is shared between them. Two main-floor bedrooms each feature an en suite bathroom and smart TV. There is an additional half-bath on the main floor for household use.

Added perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.
*The pool and spas do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of may-sept for $32 / day. Please let us know 3 days in advance for pool heat

THINGS TO KNOW

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
