This cozy coastal home is just a 10-minute walk from the ocean and within easy walking distance to downtown Seaside, where you’ll find a variety of local shops and restaurants. After a day of beach adventures or sightseeing, unwind in the private hot tub located in the fully fenced backyard. Make yourself at home by firing up the grill and pairing your meal with a bottle of local Sunny California wine. For parking, feel free to use the driveway or any available street spot.

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! The rooms were clean. The hot tub was amazing! The house was close to the freeway too! We would definitely stay again!

Overall, the visit was not bad but not as high quality as expected. The location is close to Monterey and Carmel and there are many fast food/franchise chains nearby, as well as a grocery store within 10 minutes of the unit. The host was communicative and we were able to check in earlier than expected which was really nice. The highlights of the unit are the kitchen which was updated and the large TV that can connect to Netflix (we had trouble getting it to connect to other apps). There is also an outdoor area with an above ground hot tub.The things that did not meet expectations include the overall quality of the furniture and decor, and the interior of the home had issues such as holes in the wall or unpainted patched holes, a dent in the door, curtain rods that look like they’re about to fall, base board chipping off, and a rusty bathroom light fixture. Also, the surrounding neighborhood is not the nicest in terms of aesthetics, especially when walking around. For the price we expected a slightly higher quality experience in terms of furniture, decor, neighborhood, and comfort, but the stay was okay overall.

Close to Monterey which was convenient. House wasn’t as nice as it looks in the photos, and neighborhood wasn’t great. We had a few issues but good communication with the host.

There were a bunch of ants in the smaller bedroom on top of the white closet. I placed some traps but there were still some there when we left.

Cute and cozy

This location was perfect for getting to all the beautiful places around Monterey. This house is cute, has a great outdoor space and just what we needed to wind down at the end of busy/funfilled days!
