Situated on a generous corner lot, the living room (with a wood-burning stove) opens up to an inviting courtyard with outdoor furniture, a hot tub and a gas barbecue. Conveniently located, it's a five minute drive to Carmel River State Beach, close to hiking trails, downtown shops, restaurants, and the Crossroads Shopping Center. Washer/dryer and pool table in the garage. Driveway and street parking.

Great house and location

The house is really big with plenty of rooms for people to spread out. Beautiful backyard and front yard. Easy walk to the Mission, Carmel Mission Ranch and Carmel Beach. Kitchen is great plenty of supplies. Went for a girls weekend and we had a fabulous time and will be back to this awesome house.

Great little oasis in Carmel

Spacious, well decorated… a really cute and clean property. A tiny issue with the hot tub was addressed immediately. Our 6 year old loved the game selection and the ping pong table. We would recommend this place.

Rodent problem

The property is in a different location than shown on the map which was disappointing. There was a big problem with rats in the garage. Three rats dead in traps and several scurrying around when we entered the area. The garage is set up to be used as an extra room, where the laundry is along with a pool table. The manager responded quickly to my call, however, he came up with excuses, such as, "it's a garage", and "this time of year we see more rodents". I told him, it's more than a garage if you have laundry facilities and a pool table in there. The home also smelled of cats.

Carmel Family getaway

Great communication with property management, property was exactly as described. Very clean, large house with well-spaced bedrooms, multiple gathering areas (loft, living room, TV room), large kitchen with nice range for cooking and lovely outdoor spaces including spa. Fenced yard and dog friendly. House is about a mile from downtown Carmel in a quiet residential neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.
