Perfectly located in the heart of Dinard, 50 yards from the market and shops, and 300 yards from the beach.

A cozy 2400 sqft cocoon for an unforgettable stay up to 10 guests: warm living room with a fireplace opening to the dining area, large kitchen with AGA stove, 4 beautiful bedrooms, a playroom, a workshop for kids, an office, and... a spa!

The spa is surrounded by flowers, peacefully nestled in a south-facing English garden, protected from the wind.

A haven of tranquility on the Emerald Coast!

The ground floor is composed of the creative workshop / office, a large living room - dining room, and a large kitchen with worktop / bar.

First floor :
- A master suite with a large 180x200 bed, a hammock, toilet with Japanese toilet, private bathroom (a large bathtub and double shower)
- A children's room with two 90x190 beds, a private bathroom with toilet and shower, and a "secret door" giving access to a games room

On the second floor :
- A very large bedroom (320 sqft) composed of a 160x200 bed and an 80x200 sofa / bed with pull-out bed allowing for a 160x200 bed
- A bedroom with 160x200 bed
- A shared bathroom with shower

The kitchen is equipped with a water filtration system by the reverse osmosis system.
Guest access
Our house is located between the market and the Place de la République. It is a central point in Dinard.

Once you get home, you can do everything on foot (beach, shops, restaurants ...)

3 Weeks in beautiful Dinard

My wife and I stayed in this wonderful property for three weeks in September-October with our toddler son and our parents. It had everything we could ask for - perfect location, accommodations for kids, lovely garden, hot tub, AGA stove, the list goes on! The host was very responsive and accommodating. We hope to return for many years to come! Just the most spectacular holiday we have had for a long time!

two weeks in Dinard

I cannot say enough about this beautiful home in the heart of Dinard. Any architect or art lover, or aesthetically inclined indvidual will marvel at the unique design, love and great attention the owners- Clementine and Vincent- have put into their home. The home is spacious and light filled. The kitchen and outdoor dining space make cooking on your vacation a delight. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately by our hosts. Additionally, we were given great detail about the town and even helped with finding bike rentals, dining ideas and camps for our kids. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

WEEKEND EXCEPTIONNEL à DINARD

Entre amis à Dinard, pour le plaisir de se retrouver dans cette merveilleuse station balnéaire qui a bercé nos enfances pour certains. Chez Vincent, une belle rencontre aussi grâce à la très haute qualité de sa maison: emplacement idéal, confort XXL, décoration soignée et la disponibilité de Vincent. Très belle demeure idéalement placée

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Dinard. La maison est très spacieuse, lumineuse et dispose de tout le confort dont on a besoin pour se détendre ! Idéalement placée tout peut se faire à pied. Merci à Vincent pour sa réactivité dans les échanges.

Magnifique maison au cœur de Dinard

Nous avons loué cette maison pour un week-end entre copine en janvier. La maison est magnifique, très grande, bien équipée, et haut de gamme, nous nous y sommes senties comme chez nous. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la cuisine qui est très lumineuse et agréable pour cuisiner à plusieurs et le système sonore dans toute la maison. La localisation est idéale, à 5min à pied de la mer, du marché et du centre ville. De plus, Vincent est très réactif et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé un très chouette week-end et nous recommandons la maison de Vincent +++ C’est avec grand plaisir que nous y reviendrons.

Originaires de Dinard nous sommes revenus y vivre après la naissance de notre premier enfant pour nous rapprocher de nos familles et trouver un environnement propice à la petite enfance. Après une dizaine d'années à Dinard nous avons décidé d'explorer le monde et vivons actuellement en Amérique du Sud ! Nous rentrons à Dinard en juillet et sommes ravis que notre maison accueille des familles et groupes d'amis pour profiter de Dinard pour un week-end ou des vacances.

Vivre son enfance à Dinard sans être dans l'hyper centre a été frustrant et nous apprenons des "choix" de nos parents !

Pour notre bien-être et celui de nos enfants nous avons décidé d'acheter et rénover une maison en plein centre de Dinard : il était essentiel de pouvoir nous déplacer à pieds en sécurité pour retrouver nos amis, faire nos courses au marché, aller à la plage, à l'école de voile ou au port, au cinéma ou tout simplement boire un verre ou dîner au restaurant, sans jamais avoir besoin de la voiture.

Notre maison est un petit havre de paix en plein coeur de Dinard, où nous pouvons nous retrouver entre nous autant qu'accueillir la famille ou les amis pour partager des moments de joie.

Les matins de marché (mardi jeudi samedi) sont très spéciaux car il y a une ambiance et une énergie très spéciale, souvent l'occasion d'avoir la visite d'amis ou de famille. C'est une chance d'avoir des produits frais et de qualité à proximité.

Cette ancienne maison en pierres a été intégralement rénovée par l'architecte Christophe Bachmann, une référence à Dinard.

Les espaces ont été intégralement revus et des extensions ont été faites pour que la circulation soit idéale, que chacun trouve son espace et que nous puissions vivre à plusieurs sans se marcher dessus.

La maison bénéficie de tout le confort d'une maison rénovée, avec le cachet de l'ancien, avec un emplacement exceptionnel.
