The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for use: sun umbrella, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

The BALSIO619 (4P) apartment is in the same house. The flat is suitable for families only. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
