This beautiful Istrian semi-detached house with pool is located in the small village of Tomovi, which is only 15 minutes drive from Rabac, with the most beautiful beaches in Istria, as well as from the old town of Labin, which is located on a hill. The property is very comfortable, surrounded by many flowers and partly connected to the owner's house. Nevertheless, you have privacy as the other part is separated by a fence. From here you can take a tour of Istrian villages by bike or visit the nearby farm where you can taste local specialties and wines. The house has three bedrooms, of which room no. 3 is located in the attic, with a minimum ceiling height of approx. 1.60 meters.
