Situated in the heart of Dallas near top dining, shopping, and entertainment, this sleek -bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the ideal blend of modern living and convenience. Each bedroom features its own bathroom for privacy and comfort.

The Space: This brand-new home built in 2025 features a private garage with space for two small sedans or one large SUV, plus additional street parking for guests. The open-concept design offers a bright, modern atmosphere that's perfect for both business and leisure travelers.
Guest Access: You’ll have full access to the entire home during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
• Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am—please be mindful of the neighbors.
The property has an attached ADU

• We allow only the number of guests and pets included in your reservation. If you wish to have friends over, please request approval in advance. Unauthorized guests or parties may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
• No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the house. If smoking is detected, a $200 fee will be added to your stay.
• The property is monitored by exterior security cameras to ensure the safety and peace of mind of all guests.

This home is like pep n tom they have a room on the back of the home and the dude could tell me everything we was doing . No privacy at all I feel so embarrassed and didn’t enjoy my stay

The owner gave wrong code to get in so we wasn’t sure what unit. A vagrant was squatting in one of the units. The other unit had a couple fighting. The building had been egged and not cleaned up. We didn’t feel safe!

the house was not cleaned properly before we arrived the covers and sheets were filthy the walls had dirt spots on them their were nasty old towels on the floor and the rest room counter top

Floors were extremely dirty and dish washing machine was full of dirty items, clogged restroom sinks with dirty towels and the house smelled of cannabis. There was overall a lack of household essentials from toiletries to cleaning item. Refrigerator had old items from previous renters. Experience was not up to Vrbo standards

For one the check in process was bad couldn’t get into the house . When I finally got in I wanted to check out the hot tub turns out there is no hot tub which was false advertising. Then the ac was broken half the stay had to wait 3-4 hrs to get it fixed . Then I say around 3-4 a neighbor lied and said there was loud music playing and I was having a party and the host contacted me via messages and basically kicked me out the establishment. I had to “ clean “ every little mess I made but I paid for “ cleaning fee “ . I ended up being kicked out at 4am . The house was nice but false advertising and a very rude host . Thanks to Vrbo I got a full refund tho thanks Vrbo just a bad experience for my first experience with Vrbo .
