This fantastic floating house for four people is located on the edge of a marina and offers you a beautiful panoramic view of the water. The large roof terrace offers equally an unobstructed view of the Westeinderplassen. The domicile is located in Leimuiden on the border between North and South Holland. This house has a view of the harbor from the living room!



There are 2 terraces; a small terrace on the first floor, ideal for breakfast and lunch, and the large sun terrace on the roof. Here is also a fine lounge set with which you can enjoy beautiful sunny days.



With 2 bedrooms, a spacious, bright and modern living room with open kitchen and a bathroom with shower, this property is perfect for guests who love the water sports atmosphere but do not want to live on a real boat.



In the marina itself there is a reception, a restaurant and a water sports store. Here you can rent various water sports equipment to make your stay extra fun! Think SUP boards, water skis and other fun boards. Free wifi is available outside at the marina. You can use it on the terraces of the yachts and in the Kempers Watersport showroom while enjoying a cup of coffee.



On the Westeinderplassen there are water sports activities for young and old, for example sailing courses.



As this house is located on the border between North and South Holland, smaller coastal towns such as Noordwijk and Katwijk are about 20 minutes away. Amsterdam and Haarlem are also not far away.
