Cosy, comfortable residence "Vista Village". 20 houses in the residence. 300 m from the centre of Porto San Paolo, in a sunny position, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Key collection will take place at our Interhome Local Office in Olbia. You will receive more details a couple of days prior to your arrival.

Weekend prolongé

Superbe propriété, bien entretenue, peite maisonnette, grandes pièces, belle terrasse en toirure et jolie terrasse à l'arrière. Belle vue sur mer. On a eu des températures assez fraîches, le chauffage n'était pas suffisant. Beaucoup de difficultés à récupérer les clés à l'arrivée ainsi que les draps et les serviettes. Magnifique séjour quand même ! Merci beaucoup.

Typisch sardinisch, einfach aber schön

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr gepflegten und toll gelegenen Anlage. Sie verfügt zum Balkon noch über eine Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist einfach und ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Sie verfügt aber über alles was man braucht. Da es im Oktober abends schon recht kalt wird, war drinnen manchmal eine Feuchte zu spüren.

Toller Ausblick

Die Anlage ist wirklich schön und mlt Liebe zum Detail gepflegt und hergerichtet. In der Nebensachen waren wir die einzigen Gäste, was die Atmosphäre etwas gedämpft hat. Für Kinder gibt es leider keinen Spielplatz oder ähnliches. Das apartment selbst ist wirklich nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, aber sehr sauber. Keine warmen Decken in der Wohnung. Diese wurden uns aber noch gebracht auf Anfrage.

Sehr gepflegt und ruhige Anlage

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Auch in der trockenen Hochsaison im Juli war die Anlage voller Blumen und grünem Rasen. Es war meist sehr ruhig. Einzig die Schlüsselübergabe in Olbia war etwas umständlich. AUCH der bes hränkte Zugriff zum WLAN nur am Pool und der ehemalige Rezeption war unbefriediged.

Amazing place

This resort is fantastic! Our apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean and had most of the amenities we wanted. The pool area and the overall landscape was beyond compare. We recommend it 100%. If there was one thing I could change, I would allow the AC setting to permit sub-25 degree temperatures. Hey, I'm Canadian.
