Just beautiful

My stay at this ‘cottage’ was perfect, beautifully kept gardens and communal area were second to none. I couldn’t fault it. Just one thing to watch if your booking a taxi from the airport, make sure you have the correct address as there appears to be a deviation on the accuracy of the apartment address.

The property was just beautiful, the electric wall sockets needed attention which was addressed immediately. But the major thing was that the address of the accommodation given, is not the correct one for the taxi drivers!! I’d precooked a return to the airport and the taxi went to the address on the website which is not correct, it cost me another €50!! On top of what I’d paid.

Klein und schön

E. ist zwar klein, aber gemütlich mit einer schönen Terrasse und seitlichem Meerblick. Die Anlage im ganzen hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles top gepflegt und sauber mit vielen Pflanzen, um die sich liebevoll gekümmert wird. Gerne wieder.

De tuin is prachtig onderhouden. Het appartement ruikt wat muffig, de airco werkt matig, de wifi werkt niet. Het welkomstpakket bestond uit een half rolletje wc papier. Twee messen, twee vorken, twee kopjes het was allemaal nogal minimalistisch en zeker geen value voor money. Als je het juiste appartement hebt is het uitzicht mooi.

We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed the garden and views. For fresher air indoors, daily ventilation is recommended. Our AC works, and the temperature settings are regulated by Italian energy- saving rules. It can be helped by closing all windows and doors and keep the air conditioned room dark during the hottest part of the day, to remain cool. Wi-Fi is available in shared spaces, as outlined in our property description. We’ll review the welcome package to see how it can be improved.

Sehr gepflegte ruhige Anlage

Die Außenanlage und der Poolbereich waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Viele Terrassen hatten Meerblick (ca. 1 km) Die Wohnung war gut, die Ausstattung überwiegend gut. Anlage und Wohnung auf unterschiedlichen Levels ( deshalb viele Stufen und Treppen). Für uns kein Problem....

Bewertung Erica 21

Die Ferienanlage ist sehr schön. Das Haus Erica 21 ist sehr verlassen um die Ecke. Die Einrichtung ist nicht zeitgemäss bzw. abgewohnt. Der Kühlschrank und die Terrassenmöbel sind unserer Meinung überhaupt nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Die schlüsselübergabe erfolgte erst nachmittags, obwohl wir mehrfach angefragt wurden, wann wir ankommen. Die Fähre war 7.30 uhr in Olbia angekommen. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, würden aber in Zukunft wieder den ost-westteil der Insel besuchen.

piccolo villaggetto nel verde

La struttura è molto ben tenuta e non eccessivamente grande. Per quanto riguarda il mio alloggio E21, è piccolo ma funzionale, siccome è dotato cmq del suo terrazzino che affaccia sul giardino e fa intravedere la tavolara. tutti gli strumenti essenziali ci sono! Manca quel qualcosa in più, come piastre e magari padelle un po' piu voluminose. I letti non sono comodissimi, per il resto tutto perfetto!

Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en snel geholpen. De huisjes op het ,bijzonder goed onderhouden terrein , zijn voorzien van alle benodigde gemakken.alles was brandschoon. Met name de tuinen in het complex verdienen een compliment. Goede parkeerplaats op afgesloten terrein. Dichtstbijzijnde strand is op ongeveer 800 mtr, dus prima te lopen. Wij hebben ervan genoten!

Relaxing stay with gorgeous garden

We stayed for one week and had the most wonderful stay. The gardens of the apartments are absolutely gorgeous and upkept everyday. The room was clean, big and had all the amenities we needed. We had a balcony overlooking the garden and sea as well as a private terrace on top of our room with a 360 degree view overlooking Porto san Paolo and the sea. The location is perfect only a few minutes away from the town. The owners gave us the best recommendations and were always helpful. The only thing we were missing was WiFi in the room as it was only available by the pool area and our room was not overlooking the pool
