Lovely home

Very clean and nicely updated home just a short drive from all of Venice’s main attractions. Very good host as well, overall perfect stay!

Amazing location!

I highly recommend this home. It is newly renovated with everything you need. It has a great screened in back porch and is very roomy. We are looking forward to a return stay.

So clean, nicely updated, laundry area, perfect for what I needed.

Perfect place to stay after some emotional stressful days mourning my dad’s passing. I’d stay here over and over.

Beautiful home in a great location in South Venice

This rental is beautifully decorated and just as depicted in the VRBO posting. The owners were wonderful and very responsive. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Great location with plenty of beaches, nature parks, walking trails, shopping and restaurants close by.

Impeccable Home

This home was impeccable. It was newly renovated, clean, and quiet street. Safe neighborhood. They allow you to control the thermostat and after having stayed in several Florida VRBO’s this has been rare. All of my other homes have not allowed me to have AC below 72. We will definitely return to this home!!!b

Our stay at Venice, Florida

The house was nicely furnished, nice kitchen, fairly comfy bed. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and about 15 minutes to the beach. Pots, pans, glassware, all were nice. The only problem I had with the house was the TV. The streaming was terrible. You'd be watching a program, and it would freeze up for a few minutes, then start again, then freeze up, over and over again. Couldn't watch it....That's why I gave it 4 stars.

Beautifully renovated

Website pictures are 100% accurate! The interior of the property is lovely, clean, and clearly recently renovated. It’s easy to get to. We very much enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others.

If you are searching for a bare minimum accommodations, then this is the place for you.There were no sheets for the pullout sofa! Also no pillowcases for the extra pillows.No dressers in the bedrooms to put items on. No coffee table. Lack of functional surface areas! And do not put your items on the floor due to the cockroaches and the very small black beatles that are throughout the house. I made sure to zipper up the suitcases so that nothing could get into them. So the kitchen table and chairs became our drop off area, having to use two of the chairs to put our items on.The wind rattles the eaves on the bedroom side of the house, so it sounds like a woodpecker, or a jackhammer in a strong wind. Lost two nights of sleep due to that constant noise.Also, the master bathroom window is a metal window and it does not close all the way it is broken leaving a gap so any road noise could be easily heard. The curtains are very thin and white and have small holes in them, do not put on the bedroom light for undressing or dressing.Not allowed to park in the garage.The master bathroom shower needs a good bleaching and a scrub.We realize people wear shoes in the house, but my husband‘s bare feet were literally black from the filth on the floor. The sliding door tracks are filthy. And we didn’t bother going outside onto the back patio, it’s missing screens and there was a pile of old trash on the one side where the screens are all hanging.

Nice place for a getaway

Very nice clean home, close to everything, and the neighbors are nice too. We didn’t get the checkout instructions until after we had already left for the airport, we did what we normally have to do but there are differences that maybe should be sent the day before checkout. Great place to stay though! Thank you!!

Venice/Englewood Vacation

Location and easy access to Venice Beach & Pier, Downtown Venice, Manasota Beach, Nokomis Beach and Engledwood was a definite plus. The house was clean, and accomodations were nice. Kitchen stocked with nice dishes, pans and utensils. Beds were comfortable. We are avid pickleball players, so loved that it was only a 15 minute drive to Englewood Sports Complex. Walmart, Publix and lots of Tiki Bars a short drive away. Enjoyed checking out the Venice area. Lots to do. Beach chairs and beach accessories for sifting for sharks teeth was a plus. We really enjoyed our beach days looking for "sharks teeth" and went to a couple "drum circles" on Venice and Nokomis Beaches.Thanks Olga and Vera for sharing your home with us.

Pleasant stay

The house is completely renovated accurately as website pictures and description, Very lovely decorated and very cleaned. Although we didn't cook much and left the house during the days, it does have everything you would need for your stay, nice equips from kitchen to bath, bed, beaches....The location is in a quiet neighborhood, short drives to highway access and Venice old town/beach. Communication with the host was very easier and no issue! Overall we enjoyed the place and would stay again!

Updated Spacious and Clean

The home is updated throughout and very spacious and clean. I rode my bike around the neighborhood and felt very safe- people out walking and the neighbors are friendly. Check in was a breeze. The house is close to shopping and Venice Beach and restaurants. Huge garage and big washer and dryer. We stayed a couple of weeks in December and had a great time. The host was very nice.

Cannot reccamend

The location was in one of the oldest parts of Venice and a little scary No fence around house and we couldnt open blinds at back as there was a run down home at back, Air condition wouldnt work for us after several attemps with host ,Couldnt get in front door as code was not given correctly and we couldnt get on internet. Beds were so soft we got back achs and moved out two days early to go to a hotel Sorry for all that was wrong Nice house but to many negatives all the way round
