Location, Location, Location. This charming historic 2Bedroom & 2Bath home has been completely remodeled. Built in 1890, this property features all the amenities a guest could ask for. Located within steps of West Sixth Brewery, two restaurants Smithtown Seafood & County Club and a Lextran Trolley pickup, guests are able to Live Like A Local. Experience Kentucky in the heart of Lexington while staying only 5 minutes from Rupp Arena!

Located Downtown, this property is amongst historic homes, local restaurants, breweries and more! You will notice that parts of downtown are still up and coming and many homes nearby are being restored.

Where Urban meets the Kentucky Bourbon & Beer is where you will find this charming and cozy Downtown Cottage. Guests will be dazzled by this historic home that has recently undergone a face-lift. With ample amounts of storage, stellar decor, and charm throughout, guests will live like a true Lexingtonian while being surrounded by a traditional, classy, and entertaining friendly property. For those guests not wanting to cook, there are two restaurants within walking distance, as well as West 6th Brewery which often features weekend and weeknight events

Featuring 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, this unit has beautiful hardwood floors, amazing back patio, covered parking, Roku T.V.'s, and wireless internet. Downtown Jefferson's Cottage has two cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom has a KING bed with master en-suite, while the properties second bedroom located off the kitchen features a QUEEN sized bed. In case you're traveling in groups we have provided a queen sized air-mattress that can be set up in the living room.

Downtown Jefferson's Cottage also offers guests a full kitchen with granite counter-tops, washer & dryer, cozy living room, backyard, and is only a short commute to live like a local and experience all of Kentucky's finest. This home is also equipped with an iron and ironing board for all of those important events and photos. Residents will also enjoy heat and air conditioning during their stay.

This property includes parking, that can fit up to 3 vehicles in the driveway and street parking as well! Guests are easily able to access Lexington's finest attractions and experience multiple aspects of this diverse city by foot or car.

Dinning table chair already has a screw in leg but needs further repair. Generally amenities are good, could use kitchen wash and dish towels. Could use more seating in tv room, odd shaped chair not very versatile. Overall great location met or exceeded our needs.

Nice place in good location but it’s suffering from neglect. We stayed there a couple of years ago and one of the kitchen chair legs was broken then and it’s still broken. There was peeling paint and handle for the microwave is missing and front of the microwave is cracked. Silverware and glassware is sparse. The deck is spongy and the outdoor areas need to be cleaned. Communication was poor and there’s no book to advise guests about checkout protocol. The carport was very handy during rainy weather.

Property was as described. The house fit oir needs to visiist my adult child and his family in the local area.All the appliances worked. Enough kitcken items we were able to cook our own meals.We had a great stay.

It is hard to argue about such a perfect location, right next to West 6, and also very close to downtown Lexington! The home is also clean, homey and quiet. We had a fabulous long weekend here!

Legacy Trail!

We chose this location because of its proximity to the legacy trail so we could ride our bikes for a couple of days. Being close to West 6th was also nice! The house was very nice. Clean. Well appointed. The updates to the house were nice. It was a very hot weekend but the AC kept up, no problem. The neighborhood isn't great (more so the apartments around the block) and there are homeless at the beginning of the legacy trail but to be honest, we had no issues with either. We even went to the park to watch fireworks. All in all, we have a great weekend and if we decide to do that again, this will be where we stay. Thanks!

Hot time

The cottage was adorable. Little problem with ants, but the biggest problem was that the air conditioner was not working and couldn't be fixed during our stay. We received a refund for our trouble. Very kind of the owners.

Strike Out!

Our stay was cancelled by property manager hours before we were to check in. I received check in instructions on our way to our stay. Shortly after I received notification that our reservation was cancelled because air conditioning was not working. We were already several hours away from home and on a Father's Day riverboat cruise when I received the chance message. I spent the cruise trying to negotiate a stay w the manager and VRBO. No other accommodations available for my family group. Waisted money on the cruise and ended up staying in costly hotel rooms away from the neighborhood we wanted to be in. Took several communications to get refunded. Ended up being a hassle. Regret making reservation w this owner!!!

Nice few days in Lexington

A very comfortable place to stay. It was very nice for the two of us to stay in Lexington. Need a mirror in the smaller bedroom. No soap in shower in small bathroom. Overall we were very pleased and very comfortable.

You MUST stay here!

My husband, myself and our married friends had a wonderful time in this home!! From the moment we walked in the door the four of us were happy and immediately observed it to be VERY clean and cozily appointed!! There was more than enough room for the four of us adults to be very comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly organized, complete with every comfort of home! Everything you’d have in your own kitchen! The bedrooms are very nice and the beds are sooo comfy!! There are two full baths, one is in one of the bedrooms while the other in the hallway next to the other bedroom. Just PERFECT for us 4!! When this listing said they were steps away from “West 6th Brewery” they were serious, it really is. We found that to be a lot of fun!! The homes’ location is absolutely perfect for easily getting anywhere in Lexington so it’s easy to see why they tag it “Location, location, location!”We are from Clarksville, IN and our friends are from Louisville, KY. We were looking for a quick but nice little getaway and this home and its location provided us with every bit of what we were looking for! THANK YOU for our wonderful mini vacay!! We will be returning when warmer weather FINALLY arrives! Keep up the great work, we ALL loved your home and our stay!! Take care, Karen & Mike, and our friends:)
