This beautifully renovated and newly furnished,1300 sq. ft. brick and vinyl home is perfect for a small gathering of family and friends or someone working in Lexington for an extended period who doesn't want to live in a hotel. We provide all the amenities of home and the privacy too!

Whether coming in for a weekend at Keeneland or a UK game (football, basketball, tennis, volleyball, etc.), or visiting the world famous Kentucky Horse Park, this is the perfect location, just off interstates 64 and 75!

Very comfortable stay, loved the loft and easy in-out with the garage. Dogs enjoyed their stay, too; nice fenced yard full of good smells. Would definitely come back in the future.

The house was very clean and well maintained. It was in a quiet neighborhood while also being a short drive to grocery, food and activities. This was our first Vrbo rental, so we had a few questions. The host was easy to contact and replied promptly. We would definitely stay here again when in the Lexington area.

Very comfortable, clean home in safe, suburban, neighborhood. 15-25 minutes to many Lex destinations. Only improvement would be changing bathtubs to glass and tile showers; otherwise, great.

Wonderful experience. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Home is located in quiet neighborhood with convenient access to restaurants, grocery store and downtown entertainment. Highly recommend and will look for availability if we are in the area again.

Beautiful...clean...home. Quiet neighborhood. Traveled with a friend and we each had our own bedroom with an attached bathroom. There are so many things to see in the area and it is like everything is about 15 minutes away. Lots of really good restaurants. The owner of this property checked on us after a few days to make sure everything was okay. We had no complaints for him. I would recommend this property to anyone headed to Lexington.

Exactly as described

The home was clean, comfortabe and attractively furnished, exactly as pictured and described. We appreciated the fenced back yard for our dog. Check in was easy and the host was easily accessible. We would highly recommend this property.

This property was clean, accessible had a nice backyard that looked down at a creek. It was very nice for my parents to stay there.

It was very clean and comfortable for my family of 4. It’s a lot roomier than the pictures suggest. One tip: there is a regular coffee machine and a kreuig, but no coffee on hand so make sure to bring some.

Fabulous property and experience

We stayed 4 nights over a holiday weekend to spend time with family from 3 states. Jim was a prompt and clear communicator. The home was LOVELY, decorated in a mid century style. We had every convenience needed and more! The attached back porch, fenced in yard was a highlight and provided an area for us to sit outside and enjoy our family. We saw birds, ducks and a rabbit. Jim was kind and a thoughtful host. When visiting family in the future I would stay here again!
