Cosy, comfortable residence "Vista Village". 20 houses in the residence. 300 m from the centre of Porto San Paolo, in a sunny position, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Key collection will take place at our Interhome Local Office in Olbia. You will receive more details a couple of days prior to your arrival.

séjour de 6 jours en famille avec 3 enfants

séjour très agréable, la résidence est très jolie et bien entretenue par un jardinier (présence quotidienne). Une vue superbe de la terrasse, fidèle aux photos. Appartement sur 2 étages, toilettes avec douches en haut et en bas, une terrasse à chaque étage, Appartement complètement climatisé. Cuisine avec four/micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et le strict minimum pour cuisiner. Un lave linge dans les parties communes, une place de parking surveillée et ombragée, un terrain de tennis. Tri des poubelles dans la résidence. Très belle piscine. Accès à pieds aux commerces de proximité. La voiture reste indispensable pour se rendre aux plages à minimum 5 minutes.maxi 30 minutes. Attention l'agence de location est à 15 minutes en voiture. Par contre, il vous faut prévoir un kit hygiène (papier toilettes) , un kit de nettoyage (liquide vaisselles,lave vaisselles, sac poubelles), huile, sel, poivre. Nous supposons que peut être nous étions les premiers de la saison pour que rien ne soit à disposition. Malgré tout, on a adoré !!!

Gigantischer Ausblick

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Was nicht so gut ist, das es zwei Etagen sind. Mit Kleinkindern die nicht durchschlafen ist es etwas nervig nachts die Treppe hoch und runter zu gehen. In der Küche war eigentlich alles was man benötigt. Vorhänge, Fenster und Klappläden sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sollten mal erneuert werden. Der Kleiderschrank roch mufflig, sodass wir aus dem Koffer gelebt haben. Aber alles keine Gründe nicht wieder zu kommen. Hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen dort verbracht.

Posizione panoramica

La posizione della struttura è davvero eccellente, con panorama mozzafiato! Purtroppo il soggiorno non è stato confortevole! Andare ad Olbia per ritirare le chiavi alle 16 ha determinato una perdita di tempo notevole! Non trovare nei bagni carta igienica e sapone è stato un impatto negativo! Non esiste reception in loco! La cucina ha le pentole molto in alto e non esiste una scaletta per raggiungerle! non ci sono tovaglie neanche di carta! Neanche un ferro da stiro ! Ci vorrebbe così poco.....

très bel emplacement et site, par contre le règlement de la piscine est très restrictif (on ne peut pas jouer au ballon) et pas respecté (des gens en caleçons dans l'eau, horaire de baignade pas respecté, musique au bord de l'eau, verres...)

Für die Leistung zu teuer

Ausblick vom Balkon toll, Lage der Anlage eher mäßig. Appartement war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, Sitzauflagen fleckig/dreckig, Geschirrspüler nicht in der Küche sondern vorm Bad! Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Klimaanlage müssen extra bezahlt werden und die Schlüssel müssen im 15 Km entfernten Büro abgeholt und wieder abgegeben werden! Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert.

Struttura bellissima e ben tenuta

La struttura di recente ristrutturazione ,costruita con materiali di pregio e cura nei dettagli ,fanno si che si integri perfettamente nel paesaggio. Gli Appartamenti sono ben arredati e dotati di tutti i comfort. Gli spazi esterni ed i giaridni sono bellissimi e ben curati . La posizione della struttura è ottimale sia dal dal punto di vista logistico , e gode di una vista meravigliosa . Lo consiglio vivamente! Tornerò sicuramente
